【摘要】：隨著信息和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)已日益成為輿論傳播和熱點(diǎn)聚集的重要源頭。涉醫(yī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情已經(jīng)成為影響醫(yī)院形象和聲譽(yù)的一個(gè)重要因素。在復(fù)雜的醫(yī)患關(guān)系大環(huán)境下,如何基于復(fù)雜多變的網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情,不斷完善醫(yī)療服務(wù)品質(zhì),提高重大涉醫(yī)事件的預(yù)警及危機(jī)公關(guān)的能力,已成為醫(yī)院不得不正視和面臨的新挑戰(zhàn)。 論文以涉醫(yī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情特點(diǎn)分析為依據(jù),以研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情監(jiān)控和預(yù)警的相關(guān)技術(shù)理論為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建涉醫(yī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情監(jiān)控與預(yù)警系統(tǒng)。具體工作包括如下： (1)概括論述當(dāng)前輿情監(jiān)測(cè)和預(yù)警領(lǐng)域相關(guān)產(chǎn)品和技術(shù)研究現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)本文系統(tǒng)研發(fā)采用的網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息獲取、處理、監(jiān)測(cè)和預(yù)警的相關(guān)技術(shù)理論進(jìn)行研究； (2)深入研究涉醫(yī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的特點(diǎn)、產(chǎn)生根源及形成發(fā)展過(guò)程,并在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)涉醫(yī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情監(jiān)控與預(yù)警系統(tǒng)展開(kāi)需求分析和總體設(shè)計(jì)； (3)重點(diǎn)描述系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)收集和預(yù)處理、涉醫(yī)知識(shí)庫(kù)、涉醫(yī)話題檢測(cè)和涉醫(yī)事件預(yù)警模塊的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)現(xiàn)及測(cè)試過(guò)程,并對(duì)通過(guò)分析系統(tǒng)部分功能界面以驗(yàn)證系統(tǒng)的有效性。 論文研究提出的話題檢測(cè)方法、預(yù)警指標(biāo)體系以及基于Logistic的涉醫(yī)事件預(yù)警模型,對(duì)于相關(guān)研究具有一定理論參考價(jià)值；設(shè)計(jì)的涉醫(yī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情監(jiān)控與預(yù)警系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對(duì)涉醫(yī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控,并能及時(shí)預(yù)警可能出現(xiàn)的涉醫(yī)輿情危機(jī),對(duì)于醫(yī)院提高輿情危機(jī)應(yīng)對(duì)能力,提升醫(yī)療服務(wù)質(zhì)量具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of information and network technology, the network has become an important source of public opinion and hot spots. Network public opinion has become an important factor affecting hospital image and reputation. Under the environment of complex doctor-patient relationship, how to improve the quality of medical service, improve the ability of early warning and crisis public relations of major medical incidents based on complex and changeable network public opinion has become a new challenge that hospitals have to face and face. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of media-related network public opinion and the relevant technical theory of network public opinion monitoring and early warning, this paper constructs a medical network public opinion monitoring and early warning system. The specific work includes the following: (1) summarize the current research status of related products and technologies in the field of public opinion monitoring and early warning, obtain and process the network information used in the research and development of this system, (2) deeply study the characteristics of media-related network public opinion, produce the root cause and form the process of development, On the basis of this, the demand analysis and overall design of public opinion monitoring and early warning system for medical network are carried out. (3) the system data collection and preprocessing, the medical knowledge base, and the medical knowledge base are described emphatically. The detailed design, implementation and testing process of the medical topic detection and medical incident warning module are presented, and some functional interfaces of the system are analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the system. The methods of topic detection, the early warning index system and the medical incident warning model based on Logistic have some theoretical reference value for the related research. The designed network monitoring and early warning system can realize the real-time monitoring of the medical network public opinion, and can timely warn the possible medical public opinion crisis, and improve the ability of the hospital to deal with the public opinion crisis. It is of great practical significance to improve the quality of medical service.
