【摘要】：中國(guó)對(duì)于網(wǎng)絡(luò)主權(quán)的尊重、對(duì)于和平安全的維護(hù)、對(duì)于開放合作的促進(jìn)、對(duì)于良好秩序的構(gòu)建,是推進(jìn)全球互聯(lián)網(wǎng)治理體系朝向科學(xué)、合理變革的理性精神,是確保互聯(lián)網(wǎng)普惠、開放、共享精神落到實(shí)處的原則,也是確�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展以及基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)所推動(dòng)的資源重組、產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)和新興實(shí)體領(lǐng)域可持續(xù)性發(fā)展的基本保障。
[Abstract]:China's respect for the sovereignty of the Internet, the maintenance of peace and security, the promotion of open cooperation, and the construction of a good order are the rational spirit of pushing the global Internet governance system towards scientific and rational change. It is the principle of ensuring the universality, openness and sharing of the Internet, as well as the basic guarantee of the development of the Internet, the reorganization of resources based on the Internet, the upgrading of industries and the sustainable development of emerging entities.
