【摘要】：中國對于網(wǎng)絡主權的尊重、對于和平安全的維護、對于開放合作的促進、對于良好秩序的構建,是推進全球互聯(lián)網(wǎng)治理體系朝向科學、合理變革的理性精神,是確�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)普惠、開放、共享精神落到實處的原則,也是確保互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展以及基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)所推動的資源重組、產(chǎn)業(yè)升級和新興實體領域可持續(xù)性發(fā)展的基本保障。
[Abstract]:China's respect for the sovereignty of the Internet, the maintenance of peace and security, the promotion of open cooperation, and the construction of a good order are the rational spirit of pushing the global Internet governance system towards scientific and rational change. It is the principle of ensuring the universality, openness and sharing of the Internet, as well as the basic guarantee of the development of the Internet, the reorganization of resources based on the Internet, the upgrading of industries and the sustainable development of emerging entities.
