權(quán)力運行電子監(jiān)控體系中若干關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的研究與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:本文主要內(nèi)容是在權(quán)力運行電子監(jiān)控體系項目建設(shè)中遇到的問題以及相應(yīng)解決方案中使用的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的研究以及實現(xiàn),主要有以下幾個方面: 首先,在權(quán)力運行電子監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)上辦公平臺中,通過對jBPM4工作流管理系統(tǒng)工作原理以及jBPM4核心代碼的研究,進而對jBPM4進行擴展以實現(xiàn)了“打回”、“表決”和“AB崗”三種特殊的工作流模式,并對其他的未在網(wǎng)上辦公平臺應(yīng)用的幾種特殊工作流模式進行了簡單的實現(xiàn)思路介紹。 其次,在權(quán)力運行電子監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的電子監(jiān)察平臺中,通過對分布式計算環(huán)境中Web Service技術(shù)原理的研究,成功地把Web Service的思想運用在了報批類辦件的處理、市級調(diào)閱區(qū)縣數(shù)據(jù)以及公開透明平臺信息在其他政府門戶網(wǎng)站的同步公示等功能上。 最后,在下一步的云計算環(huán)境下關(guān)于電子政務(wù)云服務(wù)平臺模式下權(quán)力運行電子監(jiān)控體系的建設(shè)給出了相應(yīng)的設(shè)計方案,并通過搭建實現(xiàn)環(huán)境進行了電子政務(wù)云服務(wù)平臺的模擬,尤其是對其中的虛擬化關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進行了詳細(xì)的研究,并在模擬環(huán)境中得到了成功運用,最后通過對模擬環(huán)境一系列測試而得出的測試數(shù)據(jù)對未來實際環(huán)境中進行虛擬化研究奠定了基礎(chǔ)。 實踐證明,對以上關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的研究及實現(xiàn)已經(jīng)在權(quán)力運行電子監(jiān)控體系建設(shè)過程中已經(jīng)得到很好地體現(xiàn)和應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:The main contents of this paper are the problems encountered in the construction of the power operation electronic monitoring system project and the research and implementation of the key technologies used in the corresponding solutions. The main contents are as follows: first, In the online office platform of the power running electronic monitoring system, through the research on the working principle of jBPM4 workflow management system and the core code of jBPM4, this paper extends jBPM4 to realize "call back". "vote" and "AB post" are three special workflow modes, and some other special workflow modes which are not applied on the online office platform are introduced. Secondly, in the electronic supervisory platform of the power running electronic monitoring system, through the research on the technology principle of Web Service in the distributed computing environment, the thought of Web Service is successfully applied to the processing of the application for approval. City-level access to district and county data and open and transparent platform information in other government portals and other functions of simultaneous publicity. Finally, in the next cloud computing environment about the construction of the electronic monitoring system of power operation under the cloud service platform mode of e-government, the corresponding design scheme is given, and the simulation of the cloud service platform of e-government is carried out by building the implementation environment. In particular, the key technologies of virtualization are studied in detail, and successfully applied in the simulation environment. Finally, the test data obtained from a series of tests on the simulation environment laid a foundation for the virtualization research in the future actual environment. Practice has proved that the research and realization of the above key technologies have been well reflected and applied in the process of building the electronic monitoring system of power operation.
