基于模糊邏輯的隱私感知Web服務(wù)選擇研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著Web服務(wù)技術(shù)的廣泛應(yīng)用,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上出現(xiàn)了大量的Web服務(wù),這些服務(wù)通過(guò)Web平臺(tái)為消費(fèi)者提供各種功能,構(gòu)成了大規(guī)模面向服務(wù)計(jì)算的基礎(chǔ)。由于服務(wù)開發(fā)者眾多,具有相同或相似功能的服務(wù)層出不窮,如何在這些相似服務(wù)中選擇滿足用戶需求的優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)成為了一個(gè)關(guān)鍵問題。為此,大量的Web服務(wù)發(fā)現(xiàn)和選擇方法被提出,主要有基于服務(wù)質(zhì)量(Q ua lity of Service,Q oS)的方法、基于信任的方法等。然而,以往的方法很少考慮到用戶隱私保護(hù)的問題。而在實(shí)際的服務(wù)選擇中,用戶大多數(shù)情況下需要向服務(wù)提供者提供自己的個(gè)人數(shù)據(jù),如姓名、手機(jī)號(hào)碼等。這些數(shù)據(jù)可能關(guān)系到用戶的個(gè)人隱私,而目前情況下,用戶和服務(wù)提供者之間常常缺乏可行的隱私數(shù)據(jù)保護(hù)協(xié)議,導(dǎo)致用戶在進(jìn)行服務(wù)選擇時(shí)存在嚴(yán)重的隱私安全隱患。本文工作主要包含以下幾個(gè)方面:1)針對(duì)用戶的隱私偏好和服務(wù)的隱私策略定義問題,提出了一種柔性的表達(dá)方法,允許用戶和服務(wù)提供者采用自然語(yǔ)言術(shù)語(yǔ)描述隱私偏好和隱私策略;2)針對(duì)服務(wù)選擇中的隱私保護(hù)問題,不僅考慮了服務(wù)信譽(yù)的影響,也考慮用戶的隱私偏好的影響,通過(guò)定義模糊邏輯推理規(guī)則把兩者結(jié)合起來(lái),計(jì)算用戶在選擇不同信譽(yù)的服務(wù)時(shí)所需要付出的隱私代價(jià),然后對(duì)候選服務(wù)進(jìn)行排序,將隱私暴露風(fēng)險(xiǎn)最低的服務(wù)推薦給用戶;3)針對(duì)以往服務(wù)組合研究的不足,提出了一種隱私感知的服務(wù)組合模型,在服務(wù)組合中增加了滿足用戶隱私保護(hù)需求的約束條件,把面向服務(wù)組合的多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化問題轉(zhuǎn)化為最優(yōu)路徑查找問題,在Dijkstra算法的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)算法可以為用戶構(gòu)造隱私代價(jià)最低的服務(wù)組合。為了證明本文所提出方法的有效性,本文不僅使用了若干例子進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明,而且開發(fā)了隱私感知的服務(wù)選擇方法系統(tǒng)原型,同時(shí)還利用仿真數(shù)據(jù)開展了實(shí)驗(yàn),以驗(yàn)證本文方法的性能。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the wide application of Web services technology, a large number of Web services have emerged on the Internet. These services provide consumers with various functions through the Web platform, which constitute the basis of large-scale service-oriented computing. Due to the large number of service developers and the emergence of services with the same or similar functions, how to select high-quality services to meet the needs of users in these similar services has become a key issue. Therefore, a large number of web service discovery and selection methods have been proposed, mainly based on the quality of service (Q ua lity of Service QoS), trust based methods and so on. However, previous methods rarely consider the protection of user privacy. In the actual service selection, most users need to provide the service provider with their personal data, such as name, mobile phone number and so on. These data may be related to the personal privacy of users, but at present, there is often a lack of feasible privacy data protection protocol between users and service providers, which leads to serious privacy security risks for users in service selection. This paper mainly includes the following aspects: 1) aiming at the problem of user's privacy preference and service privacy policy definition, a flexible expression method is proposed. Users and service providers are allowed to use natural language terms to describe privacy preferences and privacy policies. (2) to address privacy protection issues in service selection, not only the impact of service reputation, but also the impact of users' privacy preferences are considered. By defining fuzzy logic reasoning rules to combine the two, the privacy cost of users when choosing services with different reputation is calculated, and then the candidate services are sorted. This paper proposes a Privacy aware Service composition Model, which can satisfy the user's privacy protection requirements, and puts forward a Privacy aware Service composition Model to overcome the shortcomings of previous researches on service composition. In order to overcome the shortcomings of previous researches, a new service composition model is proposed, which can meet the privacy protection requirements of users. The multi-objective optimization problem of service-oriented composition is transformed into the optimal path finding problem. Based on Dijkstra algorithm, the algorithm is designed to construct the least expensive service composition for users. In order to prove the effectiveness of the proposed method, this paper not only uses several examples to illustrate this method, but also develops a prototype of the privacy-aware service selection method system. At the same time, it also makes use of the simulation data to carry out experiments. To verify the performance of this method.
