基于高可用的SDN網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制層部署問題研究

【摘要】:軟件定義網(wǎng)絡(luò)(Software-Defined Network,SDN)作為一種新型的網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu),正以非常強(qiáng)勢(shì)的力量構(gòu)筑著現(xiàn)代網(wǎng)絡(luò)。它不僅可以提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備的運(yùn)維效率,解放IT人員的工作時(shí)間,更能夠讓網(wǎng)絡(luò)智能服務(wù)上層應(yīng)用,隨需而動(dòng)。其控制層與數(shù)據(jù)層分離的網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)流量的靈活控制,減輕控制層的負(fù)擔(dān)。隨著數(shù)據(jù)流量的不斷增大以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大,單點(diǎn)控制器模式顯然已經(jīng)無(wú)法滿足對(duì)整個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的管控需求,一旦控制器單點(diǎn)失效,將造成整個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的癱瘓。本文在充分考慮到網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)高可用性的同時(shí),將廣域網(wǎng)中多控制器間的信息傳播延遲作為影響整個(gè)SDN控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能的關(guān)鍵因素,對(duì)SDN網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制層的控制器位置部署問題進(jìn)行了較為深入的研究。 本文詳細(xì)研究分析了SDN網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)中控制器位置部署方式對(duì)整個(gè)SDN網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制層的性能影響,并提出了關(guān)于合理部署控制器位置的最優(yōu)部署策略。在對(duì)該問題深入研究的基礎(chǔ)上,充分考慮到網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)的高可用性需求,從保障多控制器系統(tǒng)高可用性角度出發(fā),利用冗余備份技術(shù),提出了一種新穎的控制器備份部署策略(Optimal Redundant Deployment Strategy)——"ORDS"備份策略,以及一種考慮花銷的最優(yōu)備份部署算法(Optimal Backup Algorithm)——"OBA"備份算法,從而減小了控制器間的信息交互距離,縮短了控制信息交互時(shí)間,進(jìn)而使得整個(gè)控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)能夠更加高效可靠地滿足用戶的需求。 最后,本文對(duì)提出的控制器備份部署策略以及備份算法進(jìn)行了功能及性能測(cè)試,充分驗(yàn)證了以上關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題解決的可行性及正確性,并針對(duì)研究中存在的一些問題,對(duì)以后的研究工作做了一個(gè)展望。
[Abstract]:As a new network architecture, Software-Defined Network (SDN) is building modern network with very strong force. It can not only improve the efficiency of network equipment operation and maintenance, liberate the working time of IT personnel, but also make the upper application of network intelligent service move on demand. The network model which separates the control layer from the data layer can realize the flexible control of the network flow and lighten the burden of the control layer. With the increasing of the data flow and the expansion of the network scale, the single-point controller mode obviously can not meet the control needs of the whole network. Once the controller fails at a single point, it will lead to the paralysis of the whole network. Considering the high availability of the network system, the information propagation delay between multiple controllers in WAN is considered as the key factor to affect the performance of the whole SDN control network. The problem of controller location deployment in SDN network control layer is studied in detail. In this paper, the effect of controller location deployment on the performance of the whole SDN network control layer is analyzed in detail, and the optimal deployment strategy for the reasonable deployment of controller location is proposed. Based on the deep research of this problem, considering the high availability requirement of the network system, the redundant backup technology is used to ensure the high availability of the multi-controller system. In this paper, a novel optimal deployment Strategy "ORDS" backup strategy and an optimal backup Algorithm (OBA) backup algorithm are proposed to reduce the information exchange distance between controllers. The control information exchange time is shortened, which makes the whole control network system more efficient and reliable to meet the needs of users. Finally, the function and performance of the proposed backup deployment strategy and backup algorithm are tested, which fully verify the feasibility and correctness of solving the above key technical problems, and aim at some problems in the research. The future research work is prospected.
