【摘要】:SNS,全稱Social Networking Services,專指旨在幫助人們建立社會性網(wǎng)絡(luò)的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用服務(wù)。依賴其開放性,即時性,互動性,廣泛性,不受時間地點約束等特點得到了用戶的青睞,很多社交網(wǎng)站如twitter, Facebook,人人網(wǎng),微博等,無論是流量、用戶數(shù),還是市值都有非常引人矚目的成績。社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)的優(yōu)秀特性恰好適用于知識的共享,實現(xiàn)社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)中用戶間的知識發(fā)布、交換和管理等。因此面向知識管理的社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)用已經(jīng)成為社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)的一個重要的應(yīng)用場景。 本文分析了當前的知識管理系統(tǒng)和社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)用的特性,提出了面向知識管理的社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)用需求,并重點描述了面向知識管理的社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)用的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)。本文中,面向知識管理的社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)用視知識為一種資源,實現(xiàn)統(tǒng)一的數(shù)據(jù)庫存儲,提供了豐富的知識應(yīng)用,包含發(fā)布知識、瀏覽知識、編輯知識、搜索知識、推薦知識等,引入列表實現(xiàn)知識的循序漸進的學(xué)習(xí),使用群組控制知識傳播范圍,提高知識的傳播效率,實現(xiàn)高效的知識共享和知識管理。 首先,本文論述了知識管理的特點和現(xiàn)狀,研究了現(xiàn)有的知識管理系統(tǒng)的不足,分析了社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)擁有強大的力量的特點和缺乏實質(zhì)內(nèi)容等問題。其次,論文從知識管理的角度論述了社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)的技術(shù)和特點如何應(yīng)用到知識管理中,提出了面向知識管理的社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)用的功能需求和非功能需求。接著提出了高效閉環(huán)的混合信息傳播模型,從橫向?qū)雍涂v向功能模塊兩種形式分別設(shè)計了系統(tǒng)的整體框架。而后細化系統(tǒng)設(shè)計,對子模塊接口、實現(xiàn)類、典型場景交互流程、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計等做了細致的介紹。最后對系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)和測試也加以介紹。通過對系統(tǒng)的一系列測試對系統(tǒng)的有效性和運行效率進行了驗證。
[Abstract]:SNS, fully known as Social networking Services, refers to Internet applications designed to help people build social networks. Many social networking sites, such as Twitter, Facebook, Renren, Weibo and so on, have been favored by users because of their openness, immediacy, interactivity, extensiveness and no restriction of time and place. Or market value has very impressive results. The excellent features of social network are suitable for knowledge sharing, and realize knowledge distribution, exchange and management among users in social network. Therefore, knowledge management oriented social network application has become an important application scenario of social network. This paper analyzes the characteristics of current knowledge management systems and social network applications, puts forward the requirements of knowledge management-oriented social network applications, and emphatically describes the design and implementation of knowledge management-oriented social network applications. In this paper, the social network application for knowledge management regards knowledge as a kind of resource, realizes unified database storage, provides rich knowledge applications, including publishing knowledge, browsing knowledge, editing knowledge, searching knowledge, recommending knowledge, etc. The list is introduced to realize the gradual learning of knowledge, the use of groups to control the scope of knowledge dissemination, to improve the efficiency of knowledge dissemination, to achieve efficient knowledge sharing and knowledge management. Firstly, this paper discusses the characteristics and current situation of knowledge management, studies the shortcomings of existing knowledge management systems, and analyzes the characteristics of social networks with strong power and lack of substantive content. Secondly, from the point of view of knowledge management, this paper discusses how the technology and characteristics of social network are applied to knowledge management, and puts forward the functional and non-functional requirements of knowledge management-oriented social network applications. Then an efficient close-loop hybrid information propagation model is proposed. The overall framework of the system is designed from the horizontal layer and the longitudinal function module. Then the detailed system design, sub-module interface, implementation class, typical scene interaction flow, database design and so on are introduced in detail. Finally, the implementation and test of the system are also introduced. The effectiveness and efficiency of the system are verified by a series of tests.
