基于情境意識(shí)自適應(yīng)界面的移動(dòng)網(wǎng)站交互設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:隨著移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展以及智能移動(dòng)設(shè)備普及率的快速增長,越來越多的用戶使用移動(dòng)設(shè)備來訪問網(wǎng)站。移動(dòng)設(shè)備的硬件屬性與個(gè)人電腦等計(jì)算設(shè)備存在很大差異,并且移動(dòng)設(shè)備用戶的使用場景與傳統(tǒng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)用戶間的差別也很大,傳統(tǒng)意義上的網(wǎng)站設(shè)計(jì)并不能很好的滿足移動(dòng)場景下用戶的使用需求。同時(shí)移動(dòng)設(shè)備碎片化的特點(diǎn)非常明顯,這對(duì)移動(dòng)網(wǎng)站的設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)都是很大的挑戰(zhàn)。 解決這些問題的方法之一是使移動(dòng)網(wǎng)站具有自適應(yīng)的能力,即移動(dòng)網(wǎng)站可根據(jù)用戶設(shè)備的屬性、用戶信息以及網(wǎng)站自身的類別來自動(dòng)調(diào)整網(wǎng)站頁面的信息架構(gòu)、交互方式、界面布局等元素。本文分析了移動(dòng)設(shè)備自適應(yīng)界面、移動(dòng)設(shè)備交互設(shè)計(jì)以及移動(dòng)網(wǎng)站交互設(shè)計(jì)等方面的文獻(xiàn)資料,研究了移動(dòng)網(wǎng)站用戶的屬性和操作偏好習(xí)慣,根據(jù)操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)將用戶分為了五類等級(jí),以期為移動(dòng)網(wǎng)站設(shè)計(jì)提供用戶分類依據(jù)。通過眼動(dòng)實(shí)驗(yàn)分析了三類常見的移動(dòng)網(wǎng)站布局方式對(duì)用戶信息搜索、行為的影響,以期為移動(dòng)網(wǎng)站交互設(shè)計(jì)提供設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)。在文獻(xiàn)資料、用戶研究、眼動(dòng)實(shí)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上本文提出了基于情境意識(shí)自適應(yīng)界面的移動(dòng)網(wǎng)站模型、交互設(shè)計(jì)方法、設(shè)計(jì)原則和評(píng)估方法。 最后通過一個(gè)移動(dòng)網(wǎng)站設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例來驗(yàn)證本文提出的基于情境意識(shí)自適應(yīng)界面的移動(dòng)網(wǎng)站模型和交互設(shè)計(jì)方法以及設(shè)計(jì)原則的可行性。實(shí)例是設(shè)計(jì)商業(yè)推廣產(chǎn)品網(wǎng)站移動(dòng)版本,該移動(dòng)網(wǎng)站的適配設(shè)備包括功能手機(jī)、智能手機(jī)和平板電腦。該設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例完成后通過評(píng)價(jià)模型分析,包括后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)表現(xiàn),用戶訪談,可用性測試等種驗(yàn)證方法得到的數(shù)據(jù)和結(jié)果表明該理論模型、設(shè)計(jì)方法和原則是可行的,能很好的提高不同設(shè)備訪談移動(dòng)網(wǎng)站的用戶體驗(yàn),而且也能在一定程度上控制網(wǎng)站開發(fā)制作中的成本。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology and the rapid growth of the popularity of intelligent mobile devices, more and more users use mobile devices to access websites. There is a great difference between the hardware properties of mobile devices and computing devices such as personal computers, and the difference between the use scene of mobile devices users and the traditional Internet users It is also very large that the traditional website design can not meet the needs of users in the mobile scene. At the same time, the fragmentation of mobile devices is very obvious, which is a great challenge to the design and development of mobile websites.
One of the ways to solve these problems is to make mobile websites have self-adaptive ability, that is, mobile websites can automatically adjust the information architecture, interaction mode and interface layout of web pages according to the attributes of user equipment, user information and their own classes. This paper analyzes the adaptive interface of mobile devices, mobile devices and other elements. In the aspects of mutual design and interactive design of mobile web sites, this paper studies the attributes and preference habits of mobile website users, and divides users into five classes according to operational experience, in order to provide user classification basis for mobile website design. Through eye movement experiments, three kinds of common mobile website layout methods are analyzed for users. Information search, the impact of behavior, in order to provide a design basis for mobile website interaction design. On the basis of literature, user research, eye movement experiments, this paper proposes a mobile website model based on context awareness adaptive interface, interactive design methods, design principles and evaluation methods.
Finally, a mobile website design example is used to verify the feasibility of the mobile website model and interactive design method and design principles based on the context aware adaptive interface. The example is to design the mobile version of the commercial promotion product website. The mobile site is suitable for the mobile site, including the functional mobile phone, the smart phone and the peace Board. After the design example is completed, the data and results obtained through evaluation model analysis including background data performance, user interview, usability testing and other verification methods show that the theoretical model, design methods and principles are feasible, and can improve the user experience of different equipment interview sites, and can also be to a certain extent. Control the cost of Web site development.
