基于WEB的在線培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代科技飛速向前發(fā)展,計算機(jī)技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展成為信息傳播最為廣泛和快捷的途徑,將網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)應(yīng)用于培訓(xùn)和教學(xué)已成為當(dāng)前的一個研究熱點。目前,各高校已廣泛使用多媒體和網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)手段。但是,在大多數(shù)企業(yè)單位中還沒有被廣泛使用,在線培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)用還比較少。在線培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)作為檢查企業(yè)員工的學(xué)習(xí)效果和企業(yè)講師的培訓(xùn)成果的工具,可以發(fā)揮巨大的作用。企業(yè)為了提高培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量,增強(qiáng)員工素質(zhì),在企業(yè)培訓(xùn)過程中一直停留在企業(yè)講師開班授課、各自出題、考核的水平上。很難總體估計企業(yè)講師的培訓(xùn)水平和企業(yè)員工的學(xué)習(xí)質(zhì)量,不利于培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量的提高。在線培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)可以將傳統(tǒng)培訓(xùn)過程中的企業(yè)講師出卷、監(jiān)考、收卷、閱卷和試卷分析等諸多環(huán)節(jié)利用計算機(jī)培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)來實現(xiàn)。試卷的隨機(jī)組成保證了培訓(xùn)的公平性,提高了工作效率并優(yōu)化了培訓(xùn)管理;赪eb技術(shù)的在線培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)借助Internet,能夠使培訓(xùn)不受時間和空間的限制,并能高速準(zhǔn)確地反饋培訓(xùn)信息,減少企事業(yè)單位在培訓(xùn)過程中的巨大財政支出,為整個培訓(xùn)活動服務(wù)。計算機(jī)技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)在各行各業(yè)應(yīng)用廣泛,在企事業(yè)單位培訓(xùn)活動中的運(yùn)用,帶來了巨大的收益和成效,提高了企事業(yè)單位的信息化水平,更為企業(yè)員工提供了方便快捷的操作和服務(wù)。此次的畢業(yè)設(shè)計得出,在線考試系統(tǒng)實施運(yùn)用于企事業(yè)單位培訓(xùn),依靠先進(jìn)的計算機(jī)技術(shù)手段提高企業(yè)培訓(xùn)管理的水平,提供方便、快捷、更加人性化的培訓(xùn)服務(wù)。社會的各大企事業(yè)單位可以結(jié)合各自的規(guī)模、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和自身企業(yè)特點,建設(shè)部署在線培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng),借助在線培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng),合理地配置資源,提升企業(yè)培訓(xùn)管理的效率,減少企業(yè)培訓(xùn)的成本支出。同時,通過建設(shè)功能強(qiáng)大、完善、實用的在線培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng),提企業(yè)的管理水平,增加企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,簡化企業(yè)培訓(xùn)的管理、運(yùn)作環(huán)節(jié),節(jié)約企業(yè)的在員工培訓(xùn)過程中的成本支出,提升員工的整體素質(zhì),提升企業(yè)競爭力。 本系統(tǒng)是基于B/S結(jié)構(gòu)的,用戶可以通過瀏覽器進(jìn)行相關(guān)操作,方便快捷。根本不同人員的權(quán)限不同分別設(shè)置了三個登錄界面,用戶可以操作自己相關(guān)的操作,使得系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)清晰、管理簡單。本系統(tǒng)適用于各中小型企業(yè)進(jìn)行員工階段性考核、員工培訓(xùn)等,只要更改培訓(xùn)科目即可簡單方便的實現(xiàn)多功能使用,實用性很強(qiáng)。程序設(shè)計完畢后經(jīng)過了分段測試和整體測試,各個模塊都會給出相應(yīng)的刪除成功、更新成功等提示,比較人性化。無紙化培訓(xùn)已經(jīng)成為我們工作中的一部分,它為我們帶來了方便和快捷,為我們節(jié)省了很多人力、物力,使企業(yè)迅速發(fā)展。論文在開始部分對本次系統(tǒng)開發(fā)進(jìn)行了全面的分析,,從經(jīng)濟(jì)方面、技術(shù)方面和可操作性方面進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的論述,得出系統(tǒng)開發(fā)是具有相當(dāng)大的意義的。論文在第二章對在線考試系統(tǒng)的功能需求、系統(tǒng)流程進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析和論述,并且在系統(tǒng)的可行性方面進(jìn)行了理論分析,得出開發(fā)在線培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)的必要性。對開發(fā)本系統(tǒng)的所需相關(guān)技術(shù)進(jìn)行了簡單論述,包括:ASP.NET技術(shù)、CSS技術(shù)、JavaScript技術(shù)、ADO.NET技術(shù)和HTML技術(shù)。論文的第三、四章對在線培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)的功能模塊進(jìn)行了劃分,并且詳細(xì)分析了每個功能模塊的具體功能。根據(jù)功能模塊的分析,進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)庫建模和數(shù)據(jù)庫表設(shè)計,從總體上對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了分析和設(shè)計,并且把數(shù)據(jù)庫相關(guān)的核心代碼進(jìn)行了具體的說明。論文的第五章對在線培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了具體的實現(xiàn),分別實現(xiàn)了管理員相關(guān)功能模塊、企業(yè)講師相關(guān)功能模塊和企業(yè)員工相關(guān)功能模塊的所有在系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計中所設(shè)計的所有功能,對界面進(jìn)行了美工設(shè)計,并將功能實現(xiàn)的部分核心代碼進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的說明。在系統(tǒng)開發(fā)完成以后,對系統(tǒng)的功能進(jìn)行了全面的測試,通過系統(tǒng)功能的測試真正驗證了在系統(tǒng)分析過程中所做的功能需求分析是符合實際的情況。 整篇論文對在線培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的論述,通過分析當(dāng)前網(wǎng)絡(luò)培訓(xùn)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與趨勢,對比已有的在線培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)和應(yīng)用的技術(shù),探究如何改善培訓(xùn)水平,提高企業(yè)講師的工作效率,探究如何節(jié)省企業(yè)在員工培訓(xùn)工作中節(jié)省開支,改變傳統(tǒng)的培訓(xùn)模式,打造一款實用、高效、功能完善的通用培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)。在本次系統(tǒng)開發(fā)過程中,將ASP和三層框架結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了深層次的運(yùn)用,并且全面的運(yùn)用了計算機(jī)的相關(guān)技術(shù),將計算機(jī)技術(shù)真正的與實際的項目結(jié)合起來,真正的實現(xiàn)了理論聯(lián)系實際。在系統(tǒng)開發(fā)設(shè)計的過程中,出現(xiàn)過不同的問題,開始的時候解決起來有一些困難,經(jīng)過一段時間的不斷學(xué)習(xí)和實踐,基本上解決了很多技術(shù)上的相關(guān)難點。通過解決問題的經(jīng)歷,總結(jié)出一些系統(tǒng)開發(fā)注意事項:設(shè)計數(shù)據(jù)庫前一定要多加考慮,減少數(shù)據(jù)的容余,保證數(shù)據(jù)的完整。系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計最好采用模塊化,采用軟件工程提倡的高內(nèi)聚,低耦合。在未來的社會發(fā)展中,在企業(yè)培訓(xùn)的領(lǐng)域里,在線培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)必將會大放異彩,逐漸代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的培訓(xùn)模式,帶來巨大的收益。在線培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)會大范圍在企事業(yè)單位中部署運(yùn)營,給企業(yè)帶來巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,給員工帶來豐富的便捷服務(wù)。本系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計,功能還不算強(qiáng)大,我想在通過人們不斷地開發(fā)和擴(kuò)展新功能之后,在線培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)會更加完美。接下來文章的后續(xù)部分將對系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計進(jìn)行全方面的論述。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern science and technology, the development of computer technology and network technology has become the most widely and fast way of information dissemination. The application of network technology to training and teaching has become a hot spot of research. At present, various colleges and universities have widely used multimedia and network teaching methods. However, it has not yet been found in most enterprise units. The online training system, as a tool for checking the effectiveness of the employees and the results of the training of the enterprise lecturers, can play a great role. In order to improve the quality of training and improve the quality of the staff, the online training system has been staying at the business lecturer in the process of training. It is difficult to estimate the training level of the enterprise lecturer and the quality of the employees, and it is not conducive to the improvement of the quality of the training. The online training system can make use of the computer training system in many aspects of the traditional training process, such as the enterprise lecturer, the invigilator, the volume, the examination paper and the test paper analysis. The random composition of the volume ensures the fairness of the training, improves the work efficiency and optimizes the training management. The online training system based on the Web technology can make the training unrestricted by the time and space, and can feed back the training information at a high speed and accurately, and reduce the huge financial expenditure in the training process of the enterprise and enterprise as a whole. The application of computer technology and network technology in all walks of life is widely used. The application in the training activities of enterprises and institutions brings great benefits and results, improves the information level of enterprises and institutions, and provides convenient and quick operation and service for the employees. This graduation design draws on the online examination department. It is carried out to carry out training in enterprises and institutions, improve the level of enterprise training management by advanced computer technology, and provide convenient, quick, and more humane training services. The large enterprises and institutions of the society can build and deploy online training systems with the help of their own scale, infrastructure and their own enterprise characteristics. The training system can rationally allocate resources, improve the efficiency of enterprise training management and reduce the cost of training of enterprises. At the same time, through the construction of powerful, perfect and practical online training system, the management level of enterprises is raised, the economic benefit of enterprises is raised, the management of enterprise training, operation link, and the training process of the enterprise are saved. The cost of expenditure can improve the overall quality of employees and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
This system is based on the B/S structure. The user can carry out the related operation through the browser, which is convenient and quick. Three login interfaces are set up for different people's rights. The users can operate their own related operations, making the system structure clear and simple management. This system is suitable for the small and medium enterprises to carry on the staff stage test. Core, staff training, and so on, as long as the training subjects can be changed easily and easily to realize multi-function use, practical very strong. After the completion of the program after the completion of the section test and the overall test, each module will give the corresponding deletion success, update the success and other hints, more humanization. Paperless training has become a part of our work It has brought us the convenience and shortcut, saved a lot of manpower and material resources for us, and made the enterprise develop rapidly. In the beginning, the paper made a comprehensive analysis of the system development in the beginning, and made a detailed exposition of the economic, technical and operational aspects, and concluded that the system development was of considerable significance. The second chapter makes a detailed analysis and Discussion on the functional requirements of the online examination system and the system process, and makes a theoretical analysis on the feasibility of the system. The necessity of developing the online training system is obtained. The related technologies needed to develop this system are briefly discussed, including ASP.NET technology, CSS Technology and JavaScript technology. The third, fourth chapters of the thesis have divided the functional modules of the online training system, and analyzed the specific functions of each functional module in detail. Based on the analysis of the functional modules, the database modeling and database table design were carried out. The system was analyzed and designed on the whole, and the database was carried out. The fifth chapters of the paper carry out the concrete realization of the online training system, and realize all the functions of all functions of the administrator related function modules, the related functional modules of the enterprise lecturers and the related functional modules of the enterprise employees in the overall design of the system, and have made the aesthetic work on the interface. After the completion of the system, the function of the system is fully tested. Through the test of the system function, the analysis of the functional requirements in the process of the system analysis is in line with the actual situation.
In this paper, the online training system is discussed in detail. Through the analysis of the current situation and trend of the current network training development, the existing online training system and the applied technology are compared to explore how to improve the training level, improve the efficiency of the enterprise lecturers, and to explore how to save the expenses and change the transmission of the enterprise in the staff training. In the process of the system development, the ASP and the three layer frame structure are deeply applied, and the related technology of the computer is fully applied to combine the computer technology with the actual project, and the real realization of the theory union. In the process of system development and design, there are different problems and some difficulties are solved at the beginning of the system. After a period of continuous learning and practice, many technical difficulties have been solved. Through the experience of solving the problems, some points for attention of the system development are summed up. In the future social development, in the field of future social development, in the field of enterprise training, the online training system will certainly take the place of the traditional training mode and bring huge profits. Line training system will be deployed in a large range of enterprises and institutions, bring huge economic benefits to enterprises and bring abundant convenient services to employees. The design of this system is not powerful. I think the online training system will be more perfect after the development and expansion of new functions.
