REFINE:一種可重構(gòu)的SDN轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)平面實(shí)現(xiàn)模型

【摘要】:SDN(Software-Defined Networking)轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)平面抽象是有效提升網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制能力的關(guān)鍵.由于Open Flow描述能力有限,難以有效應(yīng)用于多種網(wǎng)絡(luò)場景.因此,針對不同的網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)用場景,出現(xiàn)了多種SDN轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)平面抽象,且具有其定制的轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)平面實(shí)現(xiàn)模型.然而,異構(gòu)的實(shí)現(xiàn)模型具有不同的架構(gòu)和實(shí)現(xiàn)特點(diǎn),為SDN網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究帶來極大挑戰(zhàn).提出一種可重構(gòu)的SDN轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)平面實(shí)現(xiàn)模型REFINE(Reconfigurable Forwarding Plane for SDN),通過提高靈活性從而支撐多樣化SDN轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)平面的實(shí)現(xiàn).與傳統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)模型相比,它靈活性高、實(shí)現(xiàn)快速且成本低.通過分析目前SDN轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)平面的處理流程將SDN轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)平面實(shí)現(xiàn)模型分為八個功能模塊,并根據(jù)這些模塊的具體實(shí)現(xiàn)與轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)平面抽象的相關(guān)性將REFINE模型分為抽象相關(guān)邏輯和抽象無關(guān)邏輯.通過重構(gòu)抽象相關(guān)邏輯并使用統(tǒng)一接口可以靈活快速低成本地實(shí)現(xiàn)不同的SDN轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)平面.原型系統(tǒng)表明REFINE可以靈活有效支持多種SDN轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)平面抽象的實(shí)現(xiàn).
[Abstract]:SDN Software-Defined networking) forwarding plane abstraction is the key to improve network control. Because of the limited ability of Open flow description, it is difficult to be applied to many network scenarios. Therefore, for different network application scenarios, there are many kinds of SDN forwarding plane abstraction, and it has its customized forwarding plane implementation model. However, the heterogeneous implementation model has different architecture and implementation characteristics, which brings great challenges to the research of SDN networks. A reconfigurable forwarding plane implementation model (REFINE) for reconfigurable forwarding plane (SDN) is proposed, which supports the implementation of multiple SDNs by improving flexibility. Compared with the traditional implementation model, it is flexible, fast and low cost. By analyzing the current processing flow of the SDN forwarding plane, the realization model of the SDN forwarding plane is divided into eight functional modules. The REFINE model is divided into abstract correlation logic and abstract independent logic according to the correlation between the implementation of these modules and the abstraction of forwarding plane. By reconstructing the abstract correlation logic and using the unified interface, different SDN forwarding planes can be implemented flexibly, quickly and cheaply. The prototype system shows that REFINE can support the implementation of multiple SDN forwarding plane abstractions flexibly and effectively.
