【摘要】：[目的/意義]云服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展,個人用戶接觸到的云服務(wù)產(chǎn)品也越來越多,而在使用過程中,由于技術(shù)和服務(wù)等多方面的因素,導(dǎo)致個人云服務(wù)用戶粘度不足,個人云服務(wù)質(zhì)量急需改進(jìn)。從用戶的視角探討個人云服務(wù)質(zhì)量,對個人云服務(wù)質(zhì)量的評價提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。[方法/過程]采用多維度多層次方法構(gòu)建了個人云服務(wù)質(zhì)量評價指標(biāo)體系,引入IPA分析法對該指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)一步分類,利用SPSS 190進(jìn)行探索性因子分析,并繪制出IPA矩陣圖,進(jìn)一步劃分出橫向重要性與縱向滿意度的指標(biāo)。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]構(gòu)建了基于IPA矩陣分析的個人云服務(wù)質(zhì)量評價指標(biāo)體系,橫向重要性指標(biāo)體系由管理層、用戶層和技術(shù)層3個維度構(gòu)成,縱向滿意度指標(biāo)體系由保障層和提升層兩個維度構(gòu)成。
[Abstract]:[purpose / significance] the cloud service industry is booming, and more cloud service products are being contacted by individual users. In the process of use, due to various factors such as technology and service, the viscosity of individual cloud service users is insufficient. The quality of personal cloud service needs to be improved. This paper discusses the quality of individual cloud service from the perspective of user, and provides scientific basis for evaluation of individual cloud service quality. [method / process] the evaluation index system of personal cloud service quality was constructed by using multi-dimension and multi-level method. IPA analysis method was introduced to classify the index system further, and SPSS190 was used to carry out exploratory factor analysis and draw the IPA matrix map. Further divide the index of horizontal importance and longitudinal satisfaction. [results / conclusion] the evaluation index system of personal cloud service quality based on IPA matrix analysis is constructed. The horizontal importance index system is composed of three dimensions: management level, user level and technical level. The index system of longitudinal satisfaction is composed of two dimensions: safeguard layer and promotion level.
