【摘要】：信息界面作為人與機(jī)器之間的交流平臺(tái),界面視覺刺激影響著用戶的行為與感知。為了能從信息界面設(shè)計(jì)的角度,增加信息界面的可用性,設(shè)計(jì)師們要全面關(guān)注與了解用戶在信息界面上的行為特征及行為模式,為信息界面的分析設(shè)計(jì)提供可靠的理論依據(jù)和參考。本文首先對(duì)信息界面視覺刺激的用戶行為模式進(jìn)行研究。運(yùn)用認(rèn)知心理學(xué)、設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)、用戶行為研究等理論,對(duì)信息界面視覺刺激和用戶認(rèn)知進(jìn)行分析整理,歸納了用戶行為研究內(nèi)容、研究方法。其次,選取東南大學(xué)圖書館網(wǎng)站界面作為案例分析,選取典型任務(wù)進(jìn)行研究。運(yùn)用情境調(diào)查法以及訪談法,利用屏幕錄像等軟件獲取用戶行為數(shù)據(jù),分析用戶在該界面上的操作流程以及各類視覺刺激對(duì)用戶行為的影響。采用眼動(dòng)追蹤的方法對(duì)信息界面視覺刺激的用戶行為進(jìn)行眼動(dòng)研究,進(jìn)一步挖掘視覺刺激對(duì)于用戶在各信息階段的視覺行為的影響。然后,歸納了用戶在個(gè)例網(wǎng)站信息檢索階段、信息瀏覽階段以及信息查看階段的行為模式。該模式具有普適性,可以理解為用戶在一般圖書搜索類網(wǎng)站上的行為模式。同時(shí),基于各信息階段行為模式對(duì)界面視覺刺激設(shè)計(jì)要求進(jìn)行分析,歸納了個(gè)例網(wǎng)站界面視覺刺激的不合理之處并提出改良建議,提出了“少而精”、易于理解、易于搜索以及以用戶為中心這四個(gè)原則,為一般圖書搜索類網(wǎng)站的界面和視覺刺激設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。最后,基于個(gè)例網(wǎng)站界面視覺刺激的用戶行為模式研究,對(duì)該網(wǎng)站信息界面進(jìn)行改良設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)改良前后的界面進(jìn)行可用性測試。測試結(jié)果表明用戶行為模式研究結(jié)果有效,用戶行為模式研究成果對(duì)信息界面視覺刺激的改良有很好的作用。
[Abstract]:As a communication platform between human and machine, interface visual stimulation affects user's behavior and perception. In order to increase the usability of the information interface from the perspective of information interface design, designers should pay attention to and understand the behavior characteristics and behavior patterns of users on the information interface. It provides a reliable theoretical basis and reference for the analysis and design of the information interface. This paper first studies the user behavior pattern of visual stimulation in information interface. Based on the theories of cognitive psychology, design and user behavior research, this paper analyzes and arranges the visual stimulation and user cognition of information interface, and summarizes the contents and methods of user behavior research. Secondly, select the website interface of Southeast University Library as a case study, select typical tasks to study. By using the method of situational investigation and interview, the user behavior data were obtained by using screen video and other software, and the operation flow on the interface and the influence of all kinds of visual stimuli on the user behavior were analyzed. Eye movement tracking is used to study the user's behavior of visual stimulation in information interface, and the influence of visual stimulation on user's visual behavior in every information stage is further explored. Then, the behavior patterns of users in the stage of information retrieval, information browsing and information viewing are summarized. The model is universal and can be understood as the behavior pattern of users on general book search websites. At the same time, based on the behavior patterns of each information stage, the design requirements of interface visual stimulation are analyzed, and the unreasonable points of the interface visual stimulation of individual websites are summarized, and some suggestions for improvement are put forward, which are easy to understand. The four principles of easy to search and user-centered provide reference for the design of interface and visual stimuli of general book search websites. Finally, based on the research of user behavior pattern of visual stimulation of website interface, the information interface of the website is improved and the usability of the interface before and after the improvement is tested. The test results show that the research results of user behavior patterns are effective, and the research results of user behavior patterns have a good effect on the improvement of information interface visual stimulation.
