Web2.0環(huán)境下的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移對(duì)眾包平臺(tái)穩(wěn)定性影響的研究

【摘要】:在MH370航班失蹤后,美國(guó)"Digtal global"衛(wèi)星公司啟動(dòng)眾包平臺(tái)項(xiàng)目,公布疑似區(qū)域衛(wèi)星圖像幫助搜尋,這一舉動(dòng)吸引全球上百萬(wàn)人參與到搜救工作。眾包模式作為目前成功的商業(yè)模式已經(jīng)受到越來(lái)越多的關(guān)注,一些知名企業(yè),如寶潔、耐克等均通過(guò)眾包為企業(yè)帶來(lái)了創(chuàng)新。但是,在眾包模式的發(fā)展中,一些問(wèn)題也隨之出現(xiàn),眾包平臺(tái)無(wú)法保證每一個(gè)用戶(hù)都會(huì)持續(xù)的參與項(xiàng)目,而且用戶(hù)在參與項(xiàng)目過(guò)程中由于不穩(wěn)定性發(fā)包方與收包方存在一定的效率低下。因此,本文根據(jù)眾包模式目前存在的這一現(xiàn)象提出研究問(wèn)題。 在如今的知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,知識(shí)的核心價(jià)值也日益凸顯,有效的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移成為了企業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展和創(chuàng)新的關(guān)鍵,為了解決眾包平臺(tái)穩(wěn)定性欠缺這一問(wèn)題,本文引入了知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移作為影響因素進(jìn)行研究。同時(shí)引入Web2.0環(huán)境作為調(diào)節(jié)變量對(duì)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移影響眾包平臺(tái)穩(wěn)定性的研究進(jìn)行更深一步的探究。 研究首先通過(guò)大量的文獻(xiàn)閱讀確定本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容,針對(duì)Web2.0環(huán)境、知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移與眾包平臺(tái)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述,總結(jié)目前學(xué)者們的研究,在其研究基礎(chǔ)上分別對(duì)于本文的三個(gè)變量進(jìn)行維度劃分,將Web2.0環(huán)境劃分為信息的豐富性與知識(shí)的可及性?xún)蓚(gè)維度;知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移劃分為可信賴(lài)感與關(guān)系嵌入性?xún)蓚(gè)維度;眾包平臺(tái)穩(wěn)定性劃分為獎(jiǎng)金數(shù)量、參與人數(shù)與興趣愛(ài)好三個(gè)維度。確定了研究對(duì)象后提出本文的研究模型及相關(guān)假設(shè),利用發(fā)放問(wèn)卷的形式獲得研究數(shù)據(jù);根據(jù)問(wèn)卷數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)研究變量進(jìn)行了信度與效度檢驗(yàn),檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明各變量均顯示出較好的一致性,進(jìn)一步分析因子之間的相關(guān)關(guān)系確定模型中因子的是否存在影響關(guān)系,在確定各因子具有相關(guān)性的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)因子進(jìn)行回歸分析確定因子間的影響方向。針對(duì)Web2.0環(huán)境的調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)變量的多元層次回歸分析,對(duì)于模型整體利用AMOS進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),最后確定假設(shè)成立,得出本文結(jié)論:知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移對(duì)眾包平臺(tái)穩(wěn)定性具有正向影響;Web2.0環(huán)境對(duì)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移和眾包平臺(tái)穩(wěn)定性具有調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)。 本論文選擇了知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移作為影響因素,并通過(guò)Web2.0環(huán)境作為調(diào)節(jié)變量進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,研究結(jié)果具有一定的價(jià)值。根據(jù)研究結(jié)果提出針對(duì)性的問(wèn)題解決建議,為眾包模式的未來(lái)發(fā)展提供理論參考。
[Abstract]:Following the disappearance of MH370, Digtal global launched a crowdsourcing platform program to release images of suspected regional satellites to help search, a move that attracted millions of people around the world. As a successful business model, crowdsourcing has attracted more and more attention. Some well-known enterprises, such as P & G, Nike and so on, have brought innovation through crowdsourcing. However, in the development of crowdsourcing mode, some problems also arise, the crowdsourcing platform can not guarantee that every user will continue to participate in the project, In the process of participating in the project, the user has some inefficiency due to the instability between the supplier and the recipient. Therefore, this paper puts forward research problems according to the phenomenon of crowdsourcing mode. In the era of knowledge economy, the core value of knowledge has become increasingly prominent, effective knowledge transfer has become the key to sustainable development and innovation of enterprises, in order to solve the problem of lack of stability of crowdsourcing platform, This paper introduces knowledge transfer as an influential factor to study. At the same time, the Web2.0 environment is introduced as a variable to further explore the influence of knowledge transfer on the stability of crowdsourcing platform. First of all, through a large number of literature reading to determine the content of this study, the Web2.0 environment, knowledge transfer and crowdsourcing platform literature review, summarizing the current research scholars, On the basis of its research, the three variables in this paper are divided into three dimensions, the Web2.0 environment is divided into two dimensions, the richness of information and the accessibility of knowledge, the knowledge transfer is divided into two dimensions: trustworthiness and relational embeddedness. The stability of crowdsourcing platform is divided into three dimensions: bonus amount, number of participants and interest. After the research object was determined, the research model and related hypotheses were put forward, and the research data were obtained by the form of questionnaire, and the reliability and validity of the variables were tested according to the questionnaire data. The test results show that all variables show good consistency, further analysis of the correlation between factors to determine whether there is an impact on the factors in the model, On the basis of determining the correlation of each factor, regression analysis is carried out to determine the influence direction of each factor. According to the adjustment effect of Web2.0 environment, the multivariate hierarchical regression analysis is carried out, and the structural equation model is tested by using AMOS as a whole. Finally, the hypothesis is established. It is concluded that knowledge transfer has a positive effect on the stability of crowdsourcing platform. Web2.0 environment has a regulatory effect on knowledge transfer and crowdsourcing platform stability. In this paper, knowledge transfer is selected as the influencing factor, and the empirical analysis is carried out through the Web2.0 environment as the regulating variable. The results of the study have certain value. According to the research results, the paper puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems, and provides a theoretical reference for the future development of crowdsourcing model.
