云計(jì)算IaaS層和SaaS層的可靠性研究

【摘要】:云計(jì)算為信息服務(wù)領(lǐng)域提供了一種有效的商業(yè)模式,它將存儲(chǔ)和計(jì)算簡(jiǎn)化為易用資源,以按需付費(fèi)的方式通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)提供給用戶。云計(jì)算具備靈活、方便、經(jīng)濟(jì)等多個(gè)特征,然而這些特征也讓云計(jì)算與傳統(tǒng)計(jì)算模式相比更加復(fù)雜,且更易出現(xiàn)故障。云計(jì)算的可靠性與云服務(wù)的性能和質(zhì)量直接相關(guān),對(duì)云計(jì)算行業(yè)的長(zhǎng)久發(fā)展有著重要意義。本文分別對(duì)云計(jì)算IaaS層和SaaS層的故障類型和可靠性測(cè)試方法做出了主要研究,提出了IaaS層虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)快照方法,并基于故障樹(shù)分析方法構(gòu)建了SaaS層故障樹(shù)模型。具體工作如下:(1)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外云計(jì)算可靠性研究現(xiàn)狀以及云計(jì)算目前存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了概括和總結(jié),并針對(duì)存在的各個(gè)問(wèn)題類型提出了相應(yīng)的解決思路。(2)分別以物理層和虛擬化層兩方面對(duì)IaaS層可靠性進(jìn)行研究,總結(jié)了物理層中硬件設(shè)施的故障場(chǎng)景、故障檢測(cè)及緩解方法。同時(shí)針對(duì)虛擬化層提出了IaaS層虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)快照方法,從快照?qǐng)D像動(dòng)態(tài)遷移和快照?qǐng)D像相似性排查兩方面提高了快照性能,有效減少了快照導(dǎo)致的系統(tǒng)停機(jī)時(shí)間,降低了快照傳輸時(shí)的流量消耗。(3)搭建Jelastic云平臺(tái),通過(guò)對(duì)CPU、RAM、HDD、Network的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控,分析總結(jié)SaaS層中各個(gè)故障類型和故障間的邏輯關(guān)系,構(gòu)建SaaS層故障樹(shù)模型,包含10項(xiàng)主要故障事件和84個(gè)基本故障事件,并通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)求得各個(gè)主要事件的發(fā)生概率及結(jié)構(gòu)重要度,為SaaS層的故障處理和改進(jìn)提供參考。
[Abstract]:Cloud computing provides an effective business model for information services. It simplifies storage and computing to easy-to-use resources and is provided to users on demand through the network. Cloud computing has many characteristics, such as flexibility, convenience, economy and so on. However, these features also make cloud computing more complex and more prone to failure compared with traditional computing mode. The reliability of cloud computing is directly related to the performance and quality of cloud services, which is of great significance to the long-term development of cloud computing industry. In this paper, the fault types and reliability testing methods of cloud computing IaaS layer and SaaS layer are studied, and the IaaS layer virtual network snapshot method is proposed. Based on the fault tree analysis method, the SaaS layer fault tree model is constructed. The specific work is as follows: (1) the research status of cloud computing reliability at home and abroad and the problems existing in cloud computing are summarized and summarized. According to the existing problems, the corresponding solutions are put forward. (2) the reliability of IaaS layer is studied in physical layer and virtualization layer, and the fault scenarios, fault detection and mitigation methods of hardware facilities in physical layer are summarized. At the same time, the virtual network snapshot method of IaaS layer is proposed for virtualization layer, which improves the snapshot performance from two aspects of snapshot image dynamic migration and snapshot image similarity checking, and effectively reduces the system downtime caused by snapshot. The Jelastic cloud platform is built by reducing the traffic consumption in snapshot transmission. Through the real-time monitoring of SaaS Ram HDD Network, the logical relationship between each fault type and fault in SaaS layer is analyzed and summarized, and the fault tree model of SaaS layer is constructed. It consists of 10 main fault events and 84 basic fault events. The probability of occurrence and the structural importance of each major event are obtained through experiments, which provides a reference for the fault treatment and improvement of SaaS layer.
