【摘要】：正2012年11月29日,從迪拜舉行的世界電信標(biāo)準(zhǔn)大會(huì)上傳來(lái)振奮人心的消息:由武漢郵科院在國(guó)際電信聯(lián)盟ITU-T第13研究組主導(dǎo)制定的Y.2770標(biāo)準(zhǔn)獲得世界電信標(biāo)準(zhǔn)大會(huì)最高級(jí)別會(huì)議(世界電信標(biāo)準(zhǔn)大會(huì)WTSA)批準(zhǔn),正式成為國(guó)際電聯(lián)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),也是全球首個(gè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)感知和內(nèi)容識(shí)別的國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:On 29 November 2012, Encouraging news from the World Telecommunication Standards Conference held in Dubai: Y.2770 standards developed by the Wuhan Academy of Postal Sciences at the ITU-T 13th Research Group of the International Telecommunication Union were awarded the highest level meeting of the World Telecommunication Standards Congress (World Conference on Telecommunications Standards). Approved by the World Telecommunication Standards Conference WTSA, It has become the ITU standard and the first international standard of Internet service perception and content recognition.
