【摘要】：當(dāng)前開放的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)在促進(jìn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)蓬勃發(fā)展的同時(shí),帶來(lái)了安全性可信任性差等問(wèn)題。為此,一體化網(wǎng)絡(luò)創(chuàng)造性地提出了兩層體系結(jié)構(gòu)模型,通過(guò)標(biāo)識(shí)分離映射機(jī)制,將用戶身份信息與位置信息相分離,保障了網(wǎng)絡(luò)的安全。然而,作為一種新型的網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系架構(gòu),一體化網(wǎng)絡(luò)在用戶行為分析和分類方面還有待完善,尚難以為用戶提供個(gè)性化和多樣化的服務(wù)。 針對(duì)以上問(wèn)題,本文通過(guò)借鑒現(xiàn)有網(wǎng)絡(luò)中較為成熟的行為分析技術(shù)和海量數(shù)據(jù)處理平臺(tái),結(jié)合一體化網(wǎng)絡(luò)自身特點(diǎn),研究并提出了一體化網(wǎng)絡(luò)用戶行為分析及分類方法。通過(guò)分析用戶構(gòu)成和興趣偏好,掌握用戶行為規(guī)律,優(yōu)化資源配置,實(shí)現(xiàn)細(xì)粒度的管理,來(lái)支持豐富的應(yīng)用服務(wù)。 本論文的主要工作和成果包括：(1)用戶行為分析：包括數(shù)據(jù)采集、流量分析、內(nèi)容分析三個(gè)部分。具體通過(guò)PF_RING高速捕獲用戶數(shù)據(jù)包,利用NetFlow讀取離線數(shù)據(jù)包,并通過(guò)緩存還原至?xí)捈?jí)別,協(xié)議分析由IPFIX以插件的形式對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)流處理完成。與此同時(shí),基于MapReduce的分布式平臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)用戶行為內(nèi)容的分析。(2)用戶分類：提出一套用戶分類標(biāo)準(zhǔn),設(shè)計(jì)用戶分類框架結(jié)構(gòu),結(jié)合用戶基本屬性和行為屬性對(duì)一體化網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的用戶進(jìn)行建模。采用基于MapReduce的聚類算法深入挖掘用戶上網(wǎng)內(nèi)容,發(fā)現(xiàn)興趣偏好,實(shí)現(xiàn)按行為模式對(duì)用戶進(jìn)行分類。最后,通過(guò)原型系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)對(duì)上述內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了實(shí)現(xiàn)和驗(yàn)證,利用Web界面展現(xiàn)了用戶行為分析及用戶分類結(jié)果,包括用戶流量統(tǒng)計(jì)、用戶分布、網(wǎng)站排行、關(guān)注熱點(diǎn)等。
[Abstract]:At the same time, the open Internet architecture design has brought about the problem of poor security and trustworthiness while promoting the vigorous development of the network. Therefore, the integrated network creatively proposed a two layer architecture model. By identifying the separation mapping mechanism, the user identity information is separated from the location information, and the security of the network is guaranteed. However, as a guarantee of the security of the network, A new network architecture, the integrated network still needs to be improved in the analysis and classification of user behavior. It is still difficult to provide users with personalized and diversified services.
In view of the above problems, this paper studies and proposes an integrated network user behavior analysis and classification method by using the more mature behavior analysis technology and mass data processing platform in the existing network, combining with the characteristics of the integrated network. By analyzing the user composition and interest preference, the user behavior law is grasps, and the resource allocation is optimized. Achieve fine-grained management to support a wealth of application services.
The main work and achievements of this paper include: (1) user behavior analysis, including data acquisition, traffic analysis, content analysis, three parts. The data stream is captured by PF_RING, the offline data packet is read by NetFlow, and the cache is reduced to the session level by caching. The protocol analysis is processed by IPFIX in the form of plug-in. At the same time, the distributed platform based on MapReduce implements the analysis of user behavior content. (2) user classification: put forward a set of user classification standards, design user classification framework, combine users with basic attributes and behavior attributes to model the users in the integrated network. MapReduce based clustering algorithm is used to dig in. In the end, the user behavior analysis and user classification results are displayed by Web interface, including user traffic statistics, user distribution, site ranking, focus of attention and so on.
