基于SaaS模式的汽車零部件協(xié)同采購系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代管理學(xué)認為市場上是供應(yīng)鏈與供應(yīng)鏈之間的競爭而不是企業(yè)與企業(yè)間的競爭。為了提高供應(yīng)鏈的競爭力,就需要供應(yīng)鏈上下游之間能夠緊密地合作。汽車制造行業(yè)也隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展研制出相應(yīng)的零部件采購管理系統(tǒng)。傳統(tǒng)的采購管理系統(tǒng)是以汽車制造企業(yè)為核心開發(fā)的。這種模式存在開發(fā)和維護成本高的缺點,對于大型的汽車制造企業(yè)來說還能夠接受,對于中小型汽車制造企業(yè)就顯得成木過高。另一種模式是基于第三方公共服務(wù)平臺,由平臺運營者開發(fā)和維護,降低了制造企業(yè)的成本。木文基于第三方平臺的模式開發(fā)采購系統(tǒng)并研究平臺所遇到的問題提出解決方案。 論文基于對各中小型汽車制造企業(yè)采購業(yè)務(wù)流程的調(diào)研,根據(jù)其具體需求和論文的工工作量選取了采購計劃管理,新產(chǎn)品報價管理和代管庫存管理三個主要的業(yè)務(wù)作為系統(tǒng)的功能并基于這三大業(yè)務(wù)開發(fā)出基于SaaS模式的汽車零部件協(xié)同采購系統(tǒng)。論文的主要工作包括如下幾點: (1)論文先對上述的三大功能進行了需求分析,然后分析了平臺對采購系統(tǒng)功能和數(shù)據(jù)庫定制的需求。 (2)基于對各功能需求和業(yè)務(wù)流程的分析,論文設(shè)計出了協(xié)同采購系統(tǒng)的功能以及相應(yīng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫表結(jié)構(gòu)。 (3)根據(jù)平臺對采購系統(tǒng)功能和數(shù)據(jù)庫定制的需求,設(shè)計了定制信息錄入工具供開發(fā)人員錄入定制信息,設(shè)計了業(yè)務(wù)功能配置工具供平臺管理員為租戶定制業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)。 (4)在這過程中基于系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)需求,論文設(shè)計出相應(yīng)的定制信息表示方法,數(shù)據(jù)庫的自動生成方法以及在實現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)定制和數(shù)據(jù)庫定制過程中遇到的關(guān)鍵問題的解決。 (5)最后論文實現(xiàn)了基于SaaS模式的汽車零部件協(xié)同采購系統(tǒng),定制信息錄入工具和業(yè)務(wù)功能配置工具,并對上述軟件的詳細實現(xiàn)進行了具體的說明。在論文的最后總結(jié)了當前論文的不足之處,以及后續(xù)的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Modern management thinks that the market is the competition between supply chain and supply chain, not between enterprise and enterprise. In order to improve the competitiveness of supply chain, we need close cooperation between upstream and downstream of supply chain. With the development of information technology, the auto manufacturing industry has developed the corresponding parts purchasing management system. The traditional purchasing management system is based on automobile manufacturing enterprises. This model has the disadvantages of high cost of development and maintenance, which is acceptable to large automobile manufacturing enterprises, and too high for small and medium-sized automobile manufacturing enterprises. The other is based on the third party public service platform, which is developed and maintained by platform operators, which reduces the cost of manufacturing enterprises. The paper develops the purchasing system based on the model of third-party platform and puts forward solutions to the problems encountered by the platform. Based on the investigation of the purchasing business process of small and medium-sized automobile manufacturing enterprises, the paper selects the purchasing plan management according to its specific demand and the paper's workload. New product quotation management and escrow inventory management are the main functions of the system. Based on these three services, a collaborative purchasing system of automobile parts based on SaaS mode is developed. The main work of the thesis includes the following points: In this paper, the requirements of the above three functions are analyzed, and then the requirements of the platform for purchasing system functions and database customization are analyzed. 2) based on the analysis of each function requirement and business process, the paper designs the function of collaborative purchasing system and the corresponding database table structure. 3) according to the demand of the platform for purchasing system function and database customization, a customized information input tool is designed for developers to input custom information, and a business function configuration tool is designed for platform administrator to customize business system for tenants. In this process, based on the technical requirements of the system, the paper designs the corresponding customized information representation method, the automatic database generation method and the solution of the key problems encountered in the process of business customization and database customization. Finally, the paper realizes the collaborative purchasing system of automobile parts based on SaaS mode, customizes the information input tool and the business function configuration tool, and explains the detailed implementation of the above software in detail. At the end of the paper, the shortcomings of the current paper and the future research direction are summarized.
