【摘要】:網(wǎng)絡(luò)在人們的生活中發(fā)揮著重要作用,隨著其飛速發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)已經(jīng)融入各行各業(yè),遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測與網(wǎng)絡(luò)相結(jié)合已經(jīng)成為必然趨勢,在工業(yè)、醫(yī)療、交通等方面都有重要意義;現(xiàn)代工業(yè)的發(fā)展逐步走向自動化,生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場設(shè)備的狀態(tài)監(jiān)測對于生產(chǎn)的順利進(jìn)行有著重要意義,如果沒有提前發(fā)現(xiàn)設(shè)備的狀態(tài)異常導(dǎo)致?lián)p壞,將使生產(chǎn)停止并產(chǎn)生高額的維修費用;同時,隨著設(shè)備監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的規(guī)模越來越大,這就造成設(shè)備管理困難,設(shè)備驅(qū)動程序多樣化,系統(tǒng)耦合度等問題,這在監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)過程中是急需解決的問題。本文研究基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),首先介紹遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)發(fā)展以及其原理,探討網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)在遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測中的應(yīng)用,從三個方面進(jìn)行軟件的開發(fā)方式闡述,同時就遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)存在的問題進(jìn)行簡要的分析,為下文的寫作做鋪墊;繼而對虛擬儀器從概念以及構(gòu)成等方面進(jìn)行整體的描述,最后簡要分析了虛擬儀器軟件開發(fā)平臺Lab VIEW;第三部分主要是對遠(yuǎn)程設(shè)備狀態(tài)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)計,以化工廠機泵群的旋轉(zhuǎn)設(shè)備監(jiān)測為應(yīng)用,設(shè)計系統(tǒng)硬件結(jié)構(gòu)及硬件中具體涉及的模塊,包括傳感器的選型、信號調(diào)理電路的設(shè)計、數(shù)據(jù)采集卡的選型及設(shè)備組裝方式等的設(shè)計,考慮到設(shè)備應(yīng)用環(huán)境的復(fù)雜性,采用多種措施提高系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性,來保證系統(tǒng)精度和穩(wěn)定性;第四部分是對遠(yuǎn)程設(shè)備狀態(tài)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的軟件進(jìn)行設(shè)計,基于虛擬儀器開發(fā)平臺LabVIEW對系統(tǒng)的每個模塊進(jìn)行設(shè)計,包括數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊、文件I/O模塊、數(shù)據(jù)處理模塊、歷史數(shù)據(jù)查詢模塊和網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸模塊,并對其中涉及的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行分析。本設(shè)計目的在于實現(xiàn)對化工廠旋轉(zhuǎn)機械振動狀態(tài)的監(jiān)測,通過虛擬儀器技術(shù)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)相結(jié)合,實現(xiàn)了監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化,從而保障化工廠機械設(shè)備的安全生產(chǎn),方便了企業(yè)管理人員和技術(shù)人員對生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場情況的掌握,這對于產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的提高、設(shè)備維護(hù)成本的降低、技術(shù)人員的工作強度降低都有很大幫助,可以促進(jìn)企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Network is playing an important role in people's life. With its rapid development, network technology has been integrated into various industries. The combination of remote monitoring and network has become an inevitable trend, in industry, medical treatment, transportation and other aspects have important significance; The development of modern industry is gradually moving towards automation. The condition monitoring of production site equipment is of great significance for the smooth progress of production. If the abnormal condition of the equipment is not detected in advance, it will cause damage. Production will be halted and high maintenance costs will be incurred; at the same time, as the scale of the equipment monitoring system becomes larger and larger, this will lead to difficulties in equipment management, diversification of device drivers, system coupling, etc. This is an urgent problem in the development of monitoring system. This paper studies the remote monitoring system based on the network technology. Firstly, it introduces the technology development and its principle of the remote monitoring system, discusses the application of the network technology in the remote monitoring, and expounds the way of software development from three aspects. At the same time, the problems existing in the remote monitoring system are briefly analyzed to pave the way for the following writing; then, the concept and composition of the virtual instrument are described as a whole. Finally, the virtual instrument software development platform Lab view is briefly analyzed. The third part is the hardware design of the remote equipment condition monitoring system, which is applied to the rotary equipment monitoring of the machinery and pump group in the chemical plant. The hardware structure of the system and the modules involved in the hardware design, including the selection of sensor, the design of signal conditioning circuit, the selection of data acquisition card and the design of equipment assembly, etc., considering the complexity of equipment application environment, etc. Various measures are adopted to improve the stability of the system to ensure the system accuracy and stability. The fourth part is to design the software of the remote equipment condition monitoring system. Each module of the system is designed based on the virtual instrument development platform LabVIEW. It includes data acquisition module, file I / O module, data processing module, historical data query module and network transmission module. The purpose of this design is to realize the monitoring of the vibration state of the rotary machinery in the chemical plant. By combining the virtual instrument technology with the network technology, the network monitoring system is realized, thus ensuring the safe production of the machinery and equipment in the chemical plant. It is convenient for enterprise managers and technicians to master the situation of production site, which is of great help to the improvement of product quality, the reduction of equipment maintenance cost and the decrease of technical staff's working intensity, and can promote the sustainable development of enterprises.
