【摘要】:隨著技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展和移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的更新?lián)Q代,運(yùn)營(yíng)商可以提供多種多樣的業(yè)務(wù)和服務(wù),而用戶更加關(guān)注自身的體驗(yàn)質(zhì)量,用戶體驗(yàn)質(zhì)量成為用戶滿意度的關(guān)鍵。因而用戶體驗(yàn)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)成為當(dāng)今的研究熱點(diǎn)。目前,用戶體驗(yàn)質(zhì)量的評(píng)價(jià)還未形成統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),評(píng)價(jià)方法也多種多樣。為了更好地評(píng)價(jià)用戶體驗(yàn)質(zhì)量,需要擴(kuò)展QoE數(shù)據(jù)的來(lái)源,并且研究合適的用戶體驗(yàn)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)方法。 本文將深入分析用戶體驗(yàn)質(zhì)量的相關(guān)概念和用戶體驗(yàn)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)方法,分析各種評(píng)價(jià)方法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn);主要關(guān)注基于移動(dòng)終端的用戶體驗(yàn)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)工作,詳細(xì)介紹了3GPP的MDT技術(shù)和研究機(jī)構(gòu)的研究工作。 本文設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于用戶移動(dòng)終端(android)的用戶體驗(yàn)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)方法,在后臺(tái)實(shí)時(shí)地測(cè)量用戶主客觀數(shù)據(jù),基于采集到的數(shù)據(jù)建立用戶體驗(yàn)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)模型。首先,本文提出了一種基于移動(dòng)終端的體驗(yàn)質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)測(cè)量方法,包括客戶端的整體設(shè)計(jì)框架,數(shù)據(jù)測(cè)量的整體流程及具體測(cè)量指標(biāo)的定義。然后,本文使用android開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù),編寫相應(yīng)的應(yīng)用程序。該應(yīng)用程序可以播放移動(dòng)流媒體視頻,同時(shí)收集用戶的主客觀數(shù)據(jù)。最后,基于采集到的用戶體驗(yàn)質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù),使用多元線性回歸方法來(lái)建立了用戶體驗(yàn)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)模型。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of technology and the upgrading of mobile networks, operators can provide a variety of services and services, and users pay more attention to their own experience quality, user experience quality becomes the key to user satisfaction. Therefore, the quality evaluation of user experience has become a hot research topic. At present, the evaluation of user experience quality has not formed a unified standard, evaluation methods are also varied. In order to better evaluate the quality of user experience, it is necessary to expand the source of QoE data and study appropriate methods for evaluating the quality of user experience. This paper will deeply analyze the related concepts of user experience quality and the evaluation methods of user experience quality, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of various evaluation methods, and focus on the evaluation of user experience quality based on mobile terminal. The MDT technology and research work of 3GPP are introduced in detail. In this paper, a user experience quality evaluation method based on user mobile terminal android is designed. The subjective and objective user data are measured in the background in real time, and the user experience quality evaluation model is established based on the collected data. First of all, this paper presents a method of measurement of experience quality data based on mobile terminal, including the whole design framework of client, the whole flow of data measurement and the definition of specific measurement index. Then, this article uses the android development technology, writes the corresponding application program. The application can play mobile streaming video while collecting subjective and objective data of users. Finally, based on the collected user experience quality data, the multiple linear regression method is used to establish the user experience quality evaluation model.
