【摘要】：針對網絡流量分類識別系統(tǒng)尤其是實時識別系統(tǒng)對實現復雜度和分類準確率的要求,提出一種復雜度和準確率的折中方案。通過基于密度的思想對K-means算法隨機選取初始聚類中心這一關鍵缺陷進行改進,以及引入聚類有效性判別準則函數確定最終聚類個數實現對算法的全面優(yōu)化,進而提出基于改進K-means算法的網絡流量分類方法,在兼顧K-means算法簡單易實現、分類快速特點的同時,提高了分類的準確率。在公開的權威網絡流量數據集上的實驗表明,與普通K-means方法相比,該方法在網絡流量分類方面具有更高的分類準確率和更好的穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:According to the requirements of the network traffic classification recognition system, especially the real-time recognition system, to achieve the complexity and the classification accuracy, a compromise scheme of complexity and accuracy is proposed. Based on the idea of density, this paper improves the key defect of K-means algorithm to select the initial clustering center randomly, and introduces the clustering validity criterion function to determine the final number of clusters to achieve the overall optimization of the algorithm. Furthermore, a network traffic classification method based on improved K-means algorithm is proposed, which takes into account the simple and easy implementation of K-means algorithm and the fast classification, and improves the accuracy of classification. Experiments on the open authoritative network traffic data set show that the proposed method has higher classification accuracy and better stability than the conventional K-means method in network traffic classification.
