云實(shí)訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)中業(yè)務(wù)執(zhí)行引擎關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、云計(jì)算、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)等新一輪信息化技術(shù)與制造技術(shù)的融合,信息化、數(shù)字化、智能化已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)生產(chǎn)制造車間的主要特點(diǎn)。在此背景下,基于單一工種技能培養(yǎng)的工程訓(xùn)練模式與智能制造需求對接不匹配,用戶對工程實(shí)訓(xùn)的需求趨向于多元化、個(gè)性化和智能化,造成了實(shí)訓(xùn)業(yè)務(wù)環(huán)境不可預(yù)見的多變性。然而,當(dāng)前的工程實(shí)訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)功能比較單一,業(yè)務(wù)執(zhí)行邏輯相對固定,系統(tǒng)的耦合性較高,缺乏對易變的實(shí)訓(xùn)業(yè)務(wù)邏輯的動態(tài)適應(yīng)能力。本文針對智能制造的實(shí)訓(xùn)需求,提出了一種基于“云+端”模式的云實(shí)訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)技術(shù)架構(gòu)。該架構(gòu)利用RFID、NFC、條形碼、一/二維碼等傳感設(shè)備和電子標(biāo)簽將云實(shí)訓(xùn)車間中的各類實(shí)訓(xùn)資源(人、物料、設(shè)備等)進(jìn)行智能化封裝以及云端化接入,并以開放的服務(wù)體系和接口為用戶提供了基于Saa S模式的實(shí)訓(xùn)云服務(wù),方便用戶隨時(shí)隨地獲取所需的實(shí)訓(xùn)資源。針對復(fù)雜多變的實(shí)訓(xùn)業(yè)務(wù)邏輯和緊耦合的工程實(shí)訓(xùn)系統(tǒng),本文提出了一種基于云對象的業(yè)務(wù)執(zhí)行引擎機(jī)制。該機(jī)制將云實(shí)訓(xùn)車間中綁定的智能實(shí)訓(xùn)對象以“實(shí)體-屬性-行為”的方式在云端注冊并映射成云對象,每個(gè)云對象是由一系列通用可擴(kuò)展的原子操作集組合而成的。為了給抽象的實(shí)訓(xùn)業(yè)務(wù)流程提供服務(wù)實(shí)體,本文以服務(wù)化的方式將云對象的原子操作打包發(fā)布成原子服務(wù),并為原子服務(wù)提供統(tǒng)一的服務(wù)訪問接口。通過制定靈活的、可配置的服務(wù)規(guī)則來編排和組織云對象原子服務(wù)的依賴順序來生成更為復(fù)雜的實(shí)訓(xùn)業(yè)務(wù)活動,為云實(shí)訓(xùn)過程中的每個(gè)實(shí)訓(xùn)業(yè)務(wù)(如報(bào)工、報(bào)檢、出入庫、排課等)提供功能支撐,滿足用戶復(fù)雜的實(shí)訓(xùn)云服務(wù)需求。本文利用云對象的原子服務(wù)和服務(wù)規(guī)則為云實(shí)訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)提供了較為完善的實(shí)訓(xùn)原子服務(wù)和復(fù)雜的組合服務(wù),并通過服務(wù)規(guī)則的可配置性,很好地適應(yīng)了復(fù)雜多變的實(shí)訓(xùn)業(yè)務(wù)環(huán)境并實(shí)現(xiàn)對實(shí)訓(xùn)業(yè)務(wù)邏輯的靈活配置,滿足了用戶的個(gè)性化和智能化的實(shí)訓(xùn)需求。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the integration of mobile Internet, cloud computing, Internet of things and manufacturing technology, informatization, digitization and intelligence have become the main characteristics of manufacturing workshop. Under this background, the engineering training mode based on the training of single job skill does not match with the demand of intelligent manufacturing, and the user's demand for engineering training tends to be diversified, individualized and intelligent. This has resulted in unpredictable variability in the training business environment. However, the current engineering training system has a single business function, a relatively fixed business execution logic, a high coupling of the system, and a lack of dynamic adaptability to the variable training business logic. In this paper, a cloud training system based on "cloud end" mode is proposed to meet the practical training requirement of intelligent manufacturing. The architecture uses RFID NFC, bar code, one / two dimensional code and electronic tags to encapsulate and access all kinds of training resources (human, material, equipment, etc.) intelligently in the cloud training workshop. The open service system and interface provide users with practical training cloud service based on Saa S mode, which is convenient for users to obtain the practical training resources at any time and anywhere. In this paper, a cloud object based business execution engine mechanism is proposed for the complex and variable training business logic and tightly coupled engineering practice training system. In this mechanism, the intelligent training objects bound in the cloud training workshop are registered and mapped into cloud objects in a "entity-attribute-behavior" manner. Each cloud object is composed of a series of general-purpose and extensible sets of atomic operations. In order to provide service entities for abstract practical business processes, the atomic operations of cloud objects are packaged and published as atomic services in a service-oriented manner, and a unified service provider is provided for atomic services. By developing flexible, configurable service rules to orchestrate and organize the dependent order of cloud object atomic services to generate more complex training business activities for each training business (such as applying for work, reporting for inspection, going to the store) during the cloud training process, To provide functional support to meet the complex needs of practical training cloud services. In this paper, the atomic services and service rules of cloud objects are used to provide more perfect training atomic services and complex composite services for cloud training systems, and through the configurability of service rules, It adapts to the complex and changeable training business environment and realizes the flexible configuration of the training business logic, and meets the individualized and intelligent practical training needs of the users.
