【摘要】：針對(duì)在網(wǎng)絡(luò)入侵模式特征對(duì)比技術(shù)研究過(guò)程中,由于網(wǎng)絡(luò)入侵形式呈現(xiàn)多樣性和隨機(jī)性,使得入侵網(wǎng)絡(luò)模式特征過(guò)多時(shí),特征模式匹配計(jì)算就過(guò)于繁瑣,導(dǎo)致特征對(duì)比檢測(cè)率低的問(wèn)題。提出基于流量分析算法的網(wǎng)絡(luò)入侵模式特征對(duì)比方法。先融合SOM神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)建立網(wǎng)絡(luò)入侵模式特征評(píng)價(jià)模型,再統(tǒng)計(jì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)入侵檢測(cè)中多個(gè)最優(yōu)解的入侵模式特征出現(xiàn)的頻率,利用頻率篩選過(guò)程去除被選頻率低于某一頻率閾值的入侵模式特征,篩選出的每個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)入侵模式特征基參數(shù)進(jìn)行差異補(bǔ)償,將各個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)入侵模式特征基進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化融合處理,得到對(duì)于不同的攻擊類(lèi)型改進(jìn)算法相比其它算法的檢測(cè)率平均提高了15.4%。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,基于流量分析的網(wǎng)絡(luò)入侵模式特征對(duì)比方法大幅度的提升了網(wǎng)絡(luò)入侵檢測(cè)的效率。
[Abstract]:In the study of network intrusion pattern feature contrast technology, because of the diversity and randomness of network intrusion, the feature pattern matching calculation is too cumbersome when the characteristics of intrusion network patterns are too many, which leads to the low detection rate of feature contrast. Firstly, the SOM neural network is used to establish the characteristic evaluation model of network intrusion mode, and then the frequency of the intrusion mode features of multiple optimal solutions in network intrusion detection is counted, and the frequency selection process is used to remove the characteristics of the intrusion mode that the frequency selection rate is lower than a certain frequency threshold, and the characteristic base parameters of each network intrusion mode are selected. Difference compensation, the feature base of each network intrusion mode is normalized, and the average detection rate of the different attack type improvement algorithms is improved compared with the other algorithms, the results of 15.4%. experiment show that the network intrusion mode feature contrast method based on traffic analysis greatly improves the efficiency of network intrusion detection.
