【摘要】：對(duì)大數(shù)據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)缺失的有效檢測(cè),能夠提升對(duì)大數(shù)據(jù)分析的完整性和全面性。對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)缺失值的檢測(cè),需要提取每個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)屬性的深度特征,進(jìn)行缺失值的預(yù)測(cè),完成對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)缺失值進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。傳統(tǒng)方法度量不同數(shù)據(jù)缺失樣本的相關(guān)性,構(gòu)造數(shù)據(jù)缺失樣本的相似度矩陣,但忽略了對(duì)缺失值進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),導(dǎo)致檢測(cè)精度低。提出基于支持向量機(jī)的大數(shù)據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)缺失值檢測(cè)方法。融合于深度學(xué)習(xí)理論將檢測(cè)自動(dòng)編碼機(jī)定義為基礎(chǔ)模塊,從完整數(shù)據(jù)子集中提取不完全數(shù)據(jù)集中每個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)屬性的深度特征,利用支持向量機(jī)方法,將缺失值檢測(cè)劃分為連續(xù)、類別屬性缺失值檢測(cè)兩種情況,進(jìn)行缺失值的預(yù)測(cè),并完成了對(duì)大數(shù)據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)缺失值的檢測(cè)。仿真證明,所提方法檢測(cè)精度高,能夠有效檢測(cè)缺失數(shù)據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The effective detection of the missing data in big data network information system can improve the integrity and comprehensiveness of big data analysis. To detect the missing value of the data, we need to extract the depth feature of each data attribute, predict the missing value, and complete the detection of the missing value of the data. The traditional method measures the correlation of different missing data samples and constructs the similarity matrix of missing data samples, but neglects to predict the missing values, which results in low detection accuracy. This paper presents a method for detecting the missing values of big data network information system based on support vector machine (SVM). Based on the theory of depth learning, the detection automatic coding machine is defined as the basic module, and the depth features of each data attribute in the incomplete data set are extracted from the complete data subset. By using the support vector machine method, the missing value detection is divided into continuous. In this paper, the missing value of big data network information system is detected in two cases, and the missing value is predicted. Simulation results show that the proposed method has high accuracy and can effectively detect missing data.
