【摘要】：自1985年發(fā)展至今,辦公自動化(Office Automation,簡稱OA)技術不斷更新完善,逐步融入到人們生活工作的許多領域。近年來,越來越多的OA產品也開始轉移到移動智能終端中。目前,教育相關OA產品并不成熟,很多高校的信息系統(tǒng)過于陳舊,難以滿足當前用戶的需求,飛速發(fā)展的高等教育事業(yè)需要新一代標準化的信息系統(tǒng)的支持。如今高校中輔導員對在校學生的管理缺乏有效信息系統(tǒng)支持,學生入學手續(xù)繁瑣,查看學校公告通知途徑單一等問題依然沒有得到解決。為了加快學校管理信息化進程,積累基礎資料,提升教育機構、系科、教師之間的整體協(xié)作能力,促進學校管理標準化、規(guī)范化,本文研發(fā)了基于Web和移動應用的高校學生信息管理平臺。本文對某高�，F(xiàn)有信息系統(tǒng)進行調研,對其教育OA產品進行需求分析,充分考慮軟件系統(tǒng)的可拓展性與易維護性,設計與實現(xiàn)了基于Web和移動應用的高校學生信息管理平臺。平臺的功能特色模塊包括簡化入學流程的掃碼注冊模塊、充分發(fā)揮移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)優(yōu)勢的消息中心模塊、以及學生的評獎評優(yōu)與資助貸款模塊等。論文對目前主流的技術框架進行對比,給出了一套完整的技術架構方案。平臺采用SSM(Spring,SpringMVC,Mybatis)框架開發(fā)B/S架構的Web系統(tǒng),利用Apache CXF將移動應用接入平臺,充分發(fā)揮了移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的優(yōu)勢;同時,使用DCLOUD技術開發(fā)混合移動應用,極大的降低了開發(fā)成本。針對HTML5移動應用性能及用戶體驗較差的問題,本文對平臺中的混合移動應用切頁白屏、長列表滑動卡頓等問題進行了優(yōu)化。系統(tǒng)目前已經上線使用,使用結果表明,該系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)和設計完全滿足了用戶的需求,為用戶的日常工作帶來了極大的便利。本文提出的技術解決方案充分考慮了開發(fā)成本、可維護性和可拓展性,對輕量級企業(yè)應用開發(fā)有著實際意義。
[Abstract]:Since 1985, Office Automation (OAA) technology has been continuously updated and perfected, and gradually integrated into many fields of people's life and work. In recent years, more and more OA products have been transferred to mobile intelligent terminals. At present, education-related OA products are not mature, many information systems in colleges and universities are too old to meet the needs of current users. The rapid development of higher education needs the support of a new generation of standardized information systems. At present, the college counselors lack effective information system support for the management of students, the student admission procedures are cumbersome, the single way to check the school notice is still not solved. In order to speed up the process of informationization of school management, accumulate basic information, enhance the overall ability of cooperation among educational institutions, departments and teachers, and promote the standardization and standardization of school management, In this paper, a university student information management platform based on Web and mobile application is developed. This paper investigates the existing information system of a university, analyzes the requirements of its educational OA products, fully considers the expansibility and maintainability of the software system, and designs and implements a university student information management platform based on Web and mobile application. The functional modules of the platform include the code scanning registration module which simplifies the enrollment process, the message center module which gives full play to the advantages of the mobile Internet, and the module of student evaluation and loan. In this paper, the main technology framework is compared, and a complete set of technical framework is given. The platform uses the framework of Web to develop the Web system based on B / S architecture, and uses Apache CXF to access the mobile application platform to give full play to the advantages of the mobile Internet. At the same time, using DCLOUD technology to develop hybrid mobile applications greatly reduces the development cost. Aiming at the problem of poor performance and user experience of HTML5 mobile applications, this paper optimizes the problems of the mixed mobile applications in the platform, such as page cutting white screen, long list sliding carton and so on. At present, the system has been put into use online. The results show that the research and design of the system completely meet the needs of users and bring great convenience to the daily work of users. The technical solution proposed in this paper takes full account of the development cost, maintainability and expansibility, which is of practical significance to the application development of lightweight enterprises.
