Web log mining is the main way to understand the pattern of user behavior and discover the using law of user. Based on systematically combing and summarizing the relevant researches at home and abroad ，this paper reviews the latest progress in the study of mobile search user behavior based on log mining ，including: the concept and research methods of mobile search; the research process ，main characteristic index ，research methods and main empirical results of the research on mobile search user behavior based on log mining; and the comparative analysis of the similarities and differences of behavior characteristics between different mobile search users.
