【摘要】:Web服務(wù)因具有跨平臺性、松散耦合性、互操作性、可擴(kuò)展性等優(yōu)點(diǎn)受到國內(nèi)外專家和學(xué)者的共同關(guān)注。隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)上部署的Web服務(wù)數(shù)量的增加,出現(xiàn)了許多功能相同的Web服務(wù),當(dāng)人們使用Web服務(wù)的時候很難確定哪些服務(wù)最適合自己的需求。因此,Web服務(wù)選擇成為了Web服務(wù)應(yīng)用過程中的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。本文主要研究基于QoS的Web服務(wù)選擇。 目前基于QoS的Web服務(wù)選擇都只考慮了給用戶提供服務(wù)選擇的結(jié)果而沒有給服務(wù)提供者提供改進(jìn)服務(wù)的反饋信息,本文提出了面向服務(wù)提供者的服務(wù)質(zhì)量反饋機(jī)制;對QoS屬性計(jì)算時,現(xiàn)有的方法中QoS屬性取值也較為單一,僅采用實(shí)數(shù)類型表示,QoS屬性值不支持區(qū)間型和語言型表達(dá)。區(qū)間型數(shù)據(jù)能描述數(shù)據(jù)的波動情況,反映數(shù)據(jù)的穩(wěn)定性特征,語言型符合人們?nèi)粘1磉_(dá)的習(xí)慣。而對用區(qū)間數(shù)和語言型等不確定性數(shù)據(jù)表示的QoS模型進(jìn)行服務(wù)選擇成為了Web服務(wù)選擇領(lǐng)域的難題之一,本文提出了基于不確定性QoS的Web服務(wù)選擇方法。 本文的主要工作: (1)本文首先介紹了Web服務(wù)選擇的研究背景與意義并對服務(wù)選擇技術(shù)的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,接著介紹了Web服務(wù)相關(guān)的基礎(chǔ)知識,并給出了Web服務(wù)選擇的具有不確定性QoS的計(jì)算模型。 (2)現(xiàn)有的Web服務(wù)選擇都只提供了服務(wù)選擇的結(jié)果,,而沒有給服務(wù)提供者提供反饋。本文提出了面向服務(wù)提供者的服務(wù)質(zhì)量反饋機(jī)制,使用戶能在選擇到自己滿意的服務(wù)的同時也讓服務(wù)提供者定性的掌握他們所提供的服務(wù)非功能屬性的好壞情況,為服務(wù)提供者提供了改進(jìn)服務(wù)的依據(jù)。 (3)Web服務(wù)的非功能屬性QoS在大部分的研究中采用的都是數(shù)值類型,其類型結(jié)構(gòu)比較單一。本文提出了基于不確定性QoS屬性值的Web服務(wù)選擇方法(即QoS屬性值表示成實(shí)數(shù)、區(qū)間數(shù)和語言型等形式),增強(qiáng)了QoS模型的描述能力。本文將基于區(qū)間數(shù)QoS的Web服務(wù)選擇采用基于區(qū)間數(shù)可能度的方法實(shí)現(xiàn),完全的保留了區(qū)間數(shù)的特征;對基于混合QoS的Web服務(wù)選擇中的語言型表示的QoS轉(zhuǎn)換成三角模糊數(shù)保留其不確定的特性。最后以WS-DREAM實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),通過實(shí)例和仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了方法的有效性和正確性。 (4)本文還使用了基于多個用戶訪問Web服務(wù)的歷史數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行服務(wù)選擇的方法,分別使用基于區(qū)間型QoS模型和基于混合QoS模型進(jìn)行服務(wù)選擇。綜合考慮多個用戶使用服務(wù)的情況再做出服務(wù)選擇,使服務(wù)選擇的結(jié)果更加可靠。
[Abstract]:Because of its advantages of cross-platform, loose coupling, interoperability and scalability, Web services have attracted the common attention of experts and scholars at home and abroad. With the increase in the number of Web services deployed on the network, there are many Web services with the same functions. When people use Web services, it is difficult to determine which services are most suitable for their own needs. Therefore, the selection of web services has become a key link in the application of Web services. This paper focuses on Web service selection based on QoS. At present, Web service selection based on QoS only considers the result of service selection to users, but does not provide the feedback information of improving service to service provider. In this paper, a service provider oriented service quality feedback mechanism is proposed. When calculating the QoS attribute, the value of the QoS attribute in the existing methods is also relatively simple, and only the real number type is used to indicate that the value of the QoS attribute does not support interval and language expression. Interval data can describe the fluctuation of data and reflect the stability of data. However, the selection of QoS services based on uncertain data such as interval number and language type has become one of the difficult problems in the field of Web service selection. In this paper, a method of Web service selection based on uncertain QoS is proposed. The main work of this paper is as follows: Firstly, this paper introduces the research background and significance of Web service selection, analyzes the current research situation of Web service selection technology at home and abroad, and then introduces the basic knowledge related to Web services. An uncertain QoS computing model for Web service selection is also presented. The existing Web service choices only provide the results of the service selection, but do not provide feedback to the service provider. In this paper, a service quality feedback mechanism for service providers is proposed, which enables users to select satisfactory services and to qualitatively master the non-functional attributes of the services they provide. It provides a basis for service providers to improve their services. The non-functional attribute QoS of web services is a numerical type in most researches, and its type structure is relatively simple. In this paper, a Web service selection method based on uncertain QoS attribute values is proposed (i.e., QoS attribute values are expressed as real numbers, interval numbers and language types), which enhances the description ability of QoS model. In this paper, the Web service selection based on interval number QoS is implemented based on the possibility degree of interval number, and the characteristic of interval number is completely preserved. The QoS transformation from linguistic representation in Web service selection based on mixed QoS to triangular fuzzy number retains its uncertainty. Finally, based on the experimental data of WS-DREAM, the validity and correctness of the method are verified by examples and simulation experiments. 4) this paper also uses the method of service selection based on the historical data of multiple users accessing Web services, using interval-based QoS model and hybrid QoS model for service selection, respectively. Considering the service usage of multiple users, we can make the service selection more reliable.
