【摘要】：隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展，網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)逐漸成熟，各行各業(yè)的門戶網(wǎng)站建設(shè)也越來越專業(yè)化當(dāng)前，我國戶網(wǎng)站的實用價值明顯提高，而且，門戶網(wǎng)站的數(shù)量也在快速增漲稅收是國家財政收入的主要組成部分之一，在市場經(jīng)濟條件下，有效的貫徹執(zhí)行稅收政策有助于國家合理的配置各方面資源，有助于合理的調(diào)節(jié)社會主義國家經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)和收入結(jié)構(gòu)因此，建設(shè)方便，穩(wěn)定，安全，適應(yīng)廣大納稅人需要的門戶網(wǎng)站是稅務(wù)部門網(wǎng)站建設(shè)的主要問題 本文設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了長春市涉外稅務(wù)局納稅人輔導(dǎo)網(wǎng)站，該網(wǎng)站的實現(xiàn)以在J2EE為基礎(chǔ)，以JSP主要實現(xiàn)技術(shù)，在此基礎(chǔ)之上結(jié)合MVC設(shè)計模式，并采用WindowsServer2003，MySQL，Tomcat5.5與JDKl.5相關(guān)技術(shù)實現(xiàn)了該網(wǎng)站的各類業(yè)需求通過分析長春市涉外稅務(wù)局的實際情況，通過分析該門戶網(wǎng)站各項需求的實際意義，通過分析技術(shù)可行性和經(jīng)濟可行性具體情況，進而確定該網(wǎng)站的總體結(jié)構(gòu)主要分為如下五部分：網(wǎng)站信息維護功能，用戶管理功能，用戶組管理功能，個人信息管理功能和用戶管理功能，此外，為了更好的增加納稅人與管理人員的交流方式，本文還實現(xiàn)了如下六種功能：文章管理，用戶管理，用戶組管理，游客留言，網(wǎng)站導(dǎo)航和文章檢索等功能通過對系統(tǒng)主頁的中英文版本顯示情況，，主要內(nèi)容頁面顯示情況，內(nèi)容搜索頁面顯示情況，詳細(xì)內(nèi)容頁面顯示情況以及系統(tǒng)綜合服務(wù)質(zhì)量進行測試，結(jié)果表明：該網(wǎng)站的各功能模塊功能均已實現(xiàn)且運行穩(wěn)定，該系統(tǒng)能夠很好的保證為廣大用戶提供即時的查詢服務(wù)
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, the network technology gradually matures, and the construction of portal websites in various industries is becoming more and more specialized. At present, the practical value of our country's household websites is obviously improved, and, The number of portal websites is also increasing rapidly. Tax revenue is one of the main components of the national financial revenue. Under the condition of market economy, the effective implementation of tax policies will help the country to allocate resources in all fields reasonably. It is helpful to adjust the economic structure and income structure of socialist countries reasonably. Therefore, the construction of convenient, stable, safe portal to meet the needs of the taxpayers is the main problem of the tax department website construction. This paper designs and implements the Changchun Taxation tax Bureau taxpayer guidance website, which is based on J2EE, based on JSP technology, and based on MVC design pattern. This paper uses Windows Server 2003 MySQL Tomcat 5.5 and JDKl.5 related technology to realize all kinds of industry demand of this website. By analyzing the actual situation of Changchun foreign tax bureau, and analyzing the practical significance of each demand of this portal, By analyzing the technical feasibility and economic feasibility, the overall structure of the website is divided into the following five parts: website information maintenance function, user management function, user group management function, Personal information management function and user management function, in addition, in order to better increase the communication between taxpayers and managers, this paper also implemented the following six functions: article management, user group management, tourist messages, The functions of website navigation and article retrieval are tested by displaying the Chinese and English versions of the system home page, displaying the main content pages, displaying the content search pages, displaying the detailed content pages, and the comprehensive quality of service of the system. The results show that the functions of each functional module of the website have been realized and run stably, and the system can provide real-time query service for the majority of users.
