【摘要】:網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全是一種復(fù)雜的非線性系統(tǒng),其網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全態(tài)勢(shì)值具有混沌特性,利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全態(tài)勢(shì)衡量網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全的整體狀態(tài),能及時(shí)地把握網(wǎng)絡(luò)抵制惡意攻擊的能力并且提前預(yù)測(cè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全態(tài)勢(shì)的趨勢(shì),把網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理人員從繁瑣的海量惡意攻擊數(shù)據(jù)中解脫出來(lái),從而能全局地研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)的安全性,也是研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全態(tài)勢(shì)預(yù)測(cè)的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。 為了更加有效地預(yù)測(cè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全態(tài)勢(shì),本文分析了多種網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全態(tài)勢(shì)預(yù)測(cè)方法和技術(shù),在現(xiàn)有成熟理論的基礎(chǔ)上提出了一種基于小世界回聲狀態(tài)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全態(tài)勢(shì)預(yù)測(cè)方法,利用過(guò)去和現(xiàn)在的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全態(tài)勢(shì)歷史數(shù)據(jù),研究分析影響網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全的各個(gè)因素,得到一系列基于時(shí)間序列的數(shù)據(jù)指標(biāo),建立基于預(yù)測(cè)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全態(tài)勢(shì)體系,經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的訓(xùn)練和測(cè)試,預(yù)測(cè)未來(lái)時(shí)刻的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全態(tài)勢(shì)值。經(jīng)仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,本文所提出的預(yù)測(cè)方法預(yù)測(cè)精度高,預(yù)測(cè)速度快,各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)達(dá)到實(shí)驗(yàn)預(yù)期,有效地實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全態(tài)勢(shì)的預(yù)測(cè)功能,可以及時(shí)且準(zhǔn)確地反映未來(lái)時(shí)刻網(wǎng)絡(luò)的整體安全狀況,對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理人員安全管理網(wǎng)絡(luò)提供了現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Network security is a kind of complex nonlinear system, its network security situation value has chaos characteristic, the whole state of network security is measured by network security situation. It can grasp the ability of resisting malicious attack in time and predict the trend of network security situation in advance, so that the network manager can be freed from the huge amount of malicious attack data, so that the security of the network can be studied globally. Also is the research network security situation forecast hot spot question. In order to predict the network security situation more effectively, this paper analyzes many kinds of network security situation prediction methods and technologies, and puts forward a network security situation prediction method based on the small world echo state network based on the existing mature theory. Based on the historical data of past and present network security situation, this paper studies and analyzes the factors that affect network security, obtains a series of data indexes based on time series, and establishes a network security situation system based on prediction. After training and testing the data, predict the network security situation value in the future. The simulation results show that the method proposed in this paper has the advantages of high prediction accuracy, fast prediction speed and various performance indexes, which can effectively predict the network security situation. It can reflect the overall security situation of the network in time and accurately, and provide practical guidance for network managers to manage the network security.
