【摘要】：學(xué)校網(wǎng)站建設(shè)是學(xué)校教育信息化建設(shè)的重要組成部分。探索學(xué)校網(wǎng)站建設(shè)的規(guī)律,提升網(wǎng)站建設(shè)與管理水平,增強(qiáng)網(wǎng)站在學(xué)校師生和社會(huì)大眾中的影響力,也成為各級(jí)學(xué)校教育管理工作者亟需研究的重要課題。目前我國(guó)中小學(xué)普遍建立起了自己的網(wǎng)站,雖取得了一定成效,但仍存在不少問(wèn)題有待明確和解決。在這樣的背景下,本研究希望可以為我國(guó)中小學(xué)學(xué)校網(wǎng)站建設(shè)提供一些參考性指導(dǎo)。本研究首先論述了中小學(xué)學(xué)校網(wǎng)站建設(shè)的價(jià)值追求以為后續(xù)分析提供基礎(chǔ),具體追求包括,促進(jìn)教育信息化快速發(fā)展、提高學(xué)�，F(xiàn)代化建設(shè)水平、提升教師網(wǎng)絡(luò)化教學(xué)能力和開(kāi)發(fā)學(xué)生多樣化學(xué)習(xí)途徑;其次通過(guò)問(wèn)卷法和訪談法,對(duì)我國(guó)中小學(xué)學(xué)校網(wǎng)站建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在的問(wèn)題包括,內(nèi)容缺乏時(shí)效性、資源缺乏豐富性、互動(dòng)形式較單一、網(wǎng)站現(xiàn)實(shí)利用率不高和實(shí)際效果不理想現(xiàn)象;然后在充分分析的基礎(chǔ)上指出了導(dǎo)致這些問(wèn)題的原因包括,網(wǎng)站建設(shè)目標(biāo)不清晰、建設(shè)參與度不高、建設(shè)者素質(zhì)不高、建設(shè)技術(shù)有缺陷和建設(shè)制度不完善;最后指出為了改善上述問(wèn)題,中小學(xué)學(xué)校網(wǎng)站建設(shè)的有關(guān)人員應(yīng)提升學(xué)校網(wǎng)站建設(shè)認(rèn)知、提高網(wǎng)站的建設(shè)水平、豐富與創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)站建設(shè)內(nèi)容、加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)站建設(shè)參與多元化和建立健全網(wǎng)站管理新制度。
[Abstract]:The construction of school website is an important part of the information construction of school education. To explore the rules of school website construction, to improve the level of website construction and management, and to enhance the influence of website in school teachers and students and the general public has also become an important subject that school education management workers at all levels need to study urgently. At present, our primary and secondary schools have generally established their own websites, although some achievements have been made, but there are still many problems to be clarified and solved. In this context, this study hopes to provide some reference guidance for the construction of primary and secondary school websites in China. This study first discusses the value pursuit of primary and secondary school website construction to provide the basis for subsequent analysis. The specific pursuit includes promoting the rapid development of education information and improving the level of school modernization. Secondly, through questionnaire and interview, the author investigates the current situation of website construction in primary and secondary schools in China, and finds that the existing problems include the lack of timeliness of the content. The lack of richness of resources, the single form of interaction, the low actual utilization rate of the website and the unsatisfactory actual effect; then, on the basis of full analysis, the causes of these problems are pointed out, including the lack of clear objectives of the website construction, The construction participation degree is not high, the constructor quality is not high, the construction technology is defective and the construction system is not perfect. Finally, it is pointed out that in order to improve the above problems, the related personnel of the primary and secondary school website construction should enhance the school website construction cognition. Improving the level of website construction, enriching and innovating the content of website construction, strengthening website construction, participating in diversification and establishing and perfecting new system of website management.
