濟(jì)南CSI住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化網(wǎng)絡(luò)商務(wù)平臺系統(tǒng)分析與設(shè)計

【摘要】:據(jù)統(tǒng)計,2013年中國電子商務(wù)市場交易規(guī)模達(dá)9.9萬億元,作為一種全新的銷售手段,電子商務(wù)正在中國繁榮發(fā)展。依賴于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)和通信技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,電子商務(wù)突破了傳統(tǒng)商務(wù)模式的時間和空間上的限制,為各行各業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了新的途徑,CSI住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)就是其中之一。CSI住宅起源于日本,是在建筑工業(yè)化發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上,對住宅建造實施工業(yè)化大生產(chǎn),實現(xiàn)了住宅建造向部件化、零售化的轉(zhuǎn)變。隨著CSI住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)育發(fā)展,信息平臺作為一個以第三方電子商務(wù)為主導(dǎo)的綜合信息平臺的功能和作用將進(jìn)一步顯示出來。 但是目前,由于國內(nèi)CSI住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)尚處于起步階段,真正迎合CSI住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展的電商平臺并不多見。少部分已存在的住宅部品電商平臺,一方面缺少行業(yè)內(nèi)企業(yè)的運(yùn)營,并不能很好了解CSI住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)的行業(yè)變化和需求,另一方面,也主要以實體加盟店的形式開展部品銷售業(yè)務(wù),在交易上還是采用傳統(tǒng)模式居多,并沒有真正實現(xiàn)B2B與B2C相結(jié)合的電子商務(wù)交易。因此,分析、設(shè)計并開發(fā)出一個結(jié)構(gòu)完整、功能齊全、操作便捷、擴(kuò)展性強(qiáng)、一體化服務(wù)的CSI住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化網(wǎng)絡(luò)商務(wù)平臺,是非常具有技術(shù)意義和市場價值的。 本文以CSI住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)為對象,分析設(shè)計了針對CSI住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)的一體化電子商務(wù)平臺。通過對CSI住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的分析,得出系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)需求分析和功能需求分析,并結(jié)合CSI住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)的背景、現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展趨勢等特點(diǎn),將整個系統(tǒng)平臺分解為7大功能模塊,即用戶登錄子系統(tǒng)、用戶管理子系統(tǒng)、新聞公告子系統(tǒng)、商品管理子系統(tǒng)、交易子系統(tǒng)、招標(biāo)競標(biāo)子系統(tǒng)和用戶評價子系統(tǒng)。各個功能模塊相互獨(dú)立,有聯(lián)系密切,共同組成CSI住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化網(wǎng)絡(luò)商務(wù)平臺。 本文在進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的分析設(shè)計過程中,嚴(yán)格按照原型法分析設(shè)計方法,需求分析全面且基于用戶要求,模塊劃分合理、有依據(jù)。本文設(shè)計了基于三層網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)的B/S模式系統(tǒng)體系,采用SQL Server2008為系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫。通過CSI住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化網(wǎng)絡(luò)商務(wù)平臺的分析和設(shè)計,相信會為平臺之后的實現(xiàn)和運(yùn)營起到一個很好的推動作用。
[Abstract]:According to statistics, China's e-commerce market transaction scale reached 9.9 trillion yuan in 2013, as a new means of sales, e-commerce is booming in China. Depending on the rapid development of Internet technology and communication technology, E-commerce has broken through the limitations of time and space of traditional business model. It provides a new way for the development of various industries. The CSI housing industry is one of them. The CSI housing originated in Japan. On the basis of the development of construction industrialization, the housing construction has been industrialized and large-scale production has been realized. The transformation of retailing. With the development and development of CSI housing industry, the function and function of information platform as a comprehensive information platform, which is dominated by third party electronic commerce, will be further displayed. But at present, because the domestic CSI housing industry is still in its infancy, there are few e-commerce platforms that cater to the development of CSI residence industrialization. On the one hand, a small number of existing e-commerce platforms for residential products lack the operation of enterprises in the industry, so they do not have a good understanding of the industry changes and needs of the CSI residential industry. On the other hand, they also mainly carry out part sales business in the form of entity franchises. In the transaction, the traditional mode is mostly adopted, and the B2B and B2C electronic commerce transaction is not realized. Therefore, it is of great technical significance and market value to analyze, design and develop a CSI residential industrialization network commerce platform with complete structure, complete function, convenient operation, strong expansibility and integrated service. Taking CSI residential industry as the object, this paper analyzes and designs an integrated e-commerce platform for CSI residential industry. Based on the analysis of CSI residential industry chain, the system requirement analysis and functional demand analysis are obtained. The system platform is decomposed into seven functional modules, which are combined with the background, current situation and development trend of CSI residential industry. That is, user login subsystem, user management subsystem, news announcement subsystem, commodity management subsystem, transaction subsystem, bidding subsystem and user evaluation subsystem. Each functional module is independent and closely related to each other, forming the CSI residential industrialization network commerce platform. In the process of systematic analysis and design, the design method is analyzed strictly according to the prototype method. The requirement analysis is comprehensive and based on the user's requirements, and the module division is reasonable and has the basis. This paper designs the system of B / S mode based on three-tier network architecture, and adopts SQL Server2008 as the database. Through the analysis and design of CSI residential industrialization network commerce platform, I believe it will play a very good role in promoting the realization and operation of the platform.
