基于IEC60870-5-104遠動規(guī)約的PLC通信模塊的設計與實現

【摘要】:為了實現對分布在很廣地域的變電站或設備進行監(jiān)視和控制的以太網規(guī)約IEC60870-5-104遠動規(guī)約在工業(yè)通信領域的應用,首先深入分析了該遠動規(guī)約的結構模型,設計了一種主要由ARM7內核的主控制器和以太網控制器構成的通信模塊硬件平臺,以及通過嵌入式實時操作系統(tǒng)來實現多任務調度的軟件平臺,并針對規(guī)約要求以及工業(yè)現場需求設計了主要任務的有限狀態(tài)機模型。還通過實驗對該模塊的一致性、互操作性和系統(tǒng)性能進行了測試,結果表明,該通信模塊具有系統(tǒng)獨立、通訊穩(wěn)定、互操作性強、可靠性高等特點。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the application of the Ethernet protocol IEC60870-5-104 telecontrol protocol, which is used to monitor and control the substation or equipment in a wide area, the structure model of the telecontrol protocol is analyzed. A hardware platform of communication module composed of main controller of ARM7 kernel and Ethernet controller is designed, and a software platform is designed to realize multitask scheduling through embedded real-time operating system. The finite state machine model of the main tasks is designed according to the specification requirements and the industrial field requirements. The consistency, interoperability and system performance of the module are tested by experiments. The results show that the communication module has the characteristics of system independence, communication stability, strong interoperability and high reliability.
