【摘要】：近年來，隨著房地產(chǎn)市場的持續(xù)升溫，老百姓關(guān)注房地產(chǎn)的熱情也不斷高漲。老百姓更希望第一時間，了解到有關(guān)房地產(chǎn)市場的新政策，新動向，以決定什么時候買房，什么時候賣房。老百姓想了解辦理房產(chǎn)業(yè)務(wù)的流程是什么，，相關(guān)稅費要怎么交，辦理相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)要準備那些資料等等為了獲取房產(chǎn)相關(guān)信息，他們不但關(guān)心電視、報紙，更多的人開始關(guān)注房產(chǎn)管理部門的相關(guān)網(wǎng)站。希望能通過官方門戶網(wǎng)站，得到第一手信息，為自己投資房產(chǎn)有所幫助。然而，現(xiàn)有的房產(chǎn)政務(wù)網(wǎng)站，欄目較少，沒有提供老百姓關(guān)注的內(nèi)容；網(wǎng)站信息維護不及時；網(wǎng)站功能操作不方便等等，存在很多問題。老百姓無法在房產(chǎn)政務(wù)網(wǎng)站上獲取到想要的信息，這嚴重影響了政府形象。因此，現(xiàn)階段迫切需要研制一套新的房產(chǎn)政網(wǎng)站平臺，以適應(yīng)新形式下，廣大人民群眾的需求，轉(zhuǎn)換政府職能，真正從服務(wù)的角度出發(fā)，為老百姓提供房產(chǎn)信息服務(wù)。 本論文的編寫，是從當前房產(chǎn)管理部門的現(xiàn)狀，以及房產(chǎn)政務(wù)網(wǎng)站系統(tǒng)存在的問題出發(fā)，進行了系統(tǒng)的研究與分析。同時結(jié)合當?shù)貙嶋H情況，來分析和設(shè)計房產(chǎn)政務(wù)網(wǎng)站系統(tǒng)。本平臺是基于B/S架構(gòu)，采用分層SSH結(jié)構(gòu)（用戶界面層、應(yīng)用程序處理層、數(shù)據(jù)處理層）進行開發(fā)。開發(fā)過程中，使用的集成化開發(fā)工具有MyEclipse9.0、UltraEdit，用到的數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)為SQL Server2005，使用的中間件服務(wù)為Tomcat6，Java開發(fā)環(huán)境為jdk1.6。這些工具和系統(tǒng)的組合使用，提高了團隊開發(fā)效率，保證了代碼質(zhì)量。 本論文闡述了房產(chǎn)政務(wù)網(wǎng)站系統(tǒng)設(shè)計分析的全生命周期。包括需求分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)待過程。并且對整個網(wǎng)站的首頁、信息公開、房產(chǎn)資訊、網(wǎng)上辦事、公示公告、誠信檔案、房產(chǎn)查詢、網(wǎng)上信訪、系統(tǒng)管理功能模塊進行詳細分析，然后介紹了系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)過程。通過新版房產(chǎn)政務(wù)網(wǎng)站系統(tǒng)的上線運行，不僅方便了群眾辦理房產(chǎn)業(yè)務(wù)，提高了房產(chǎn)管理部門的工作效率，并且還延伸了政府的服務(wù)渠道。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous warming of the real estate market, people's enthusiasm for real estate is also rising. People want to know more about the real estate market in the first time, new policies, new trends, in order to decide when to buy and when to sell. Ordinary people want to know what the process of dealing with real estate business is, how to pay the related taxes and fees, how to prepare the materials for handling the related business, and so on. In order to obtain the property-related information, they not only care about television and newspapers, More people began to pay attention to the real estate management departments related to the site. Hope to get first-hand information through the official portal, for their own investment in real estate help. However, the existing real estate government website, columns are less, did not provide common people concerned about the content; website information maintenance is not timely; website function is not convenient to operate, and so on, there are many problems. People can not get the desired information on the real estate government website, which seriously affected the image of the government. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop a new real estate administration website platform to meet the needs of the broad masses of the people, to transform government functions, and to provide real estate information services for the common people from the service point of view. This thesis is based on the current situation of the real estate management department and the existing problems of the real estate government website system, and carries on the systematic research and analysis. At the same time, combined with the actual local situation, to analyze and design the real estate government website system. This platform is based on B / S architecture and adopts hierarchical SSH structure (user interface layer, application processing layer, data processing layer) to develop. During the development process, the integrated development tools used are MyEclipse 9.0U UltraEdit.The database system used is SQL Server 2005, and the middleware service is Tomcat 6 / Java development environment jdk 1.6. The combination of these tools and systems improves team development efficiency and ensures code quality. This paper expounds the whole life cycle of the design and analysis of real estate government website system. Including requirements analysis, system design, system implementation process. And the home page of the entire website, information publicity, real estate information, online services, public notice, integrity files, real estate inquiries, online letters and visits, system management function modules are analyzed in detail, and then introduced the implementation process of the system. Through the online operation of the new version of the real estate government website system, it not only facilitates the masses to handle the real estate business, improves the working efficiency of the real estate management department, but also extends the service channel of the government.
