【摘要】:隨著工業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,越來越多的自動(dòng)化設(shè)備應(yīng)用在局域網(wǎng)中,如何監(jiān)控這些工業(yè)設(shè)備是個(gè)需要研究的課題。本文針對(duì)這一問題,結(jié)合計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和工業(yè)自動(dòng)化控制技術(shù),將CORBA技術(shù)應(yīng)用于監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)中,同時(shí)結(jié)合實(shí)際工程的需要,提出基于CORBA的局域網(wǎng)設(shè)備監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方案。 本文首先講述了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),介紹CORBA的基本概念,對(duì)實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)做出簡要的介紹,在數(shù)據(jù)安全技術(shù)上,提出了企業(yè)內(nèi)部系統(tǒng)需要注意的數(shù)據(jù)安全問題。 其次介紹了監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),結(jié)合局域網(wǎng)設(shè)備監(jiān)控技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)了監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的整體結(jié)構(gòu),并對(duì)各個(gè)子系統(tǒng)的功能模塊做了詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)。最后給出了監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)主要模塊的接口定義。 再次介紹了監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。本文搭建了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)環(huán)境,給出系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的流程圖,對(duì)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)服務(wù)器端、客戶端和數(shù)據(jù)推送模塊的工作流程和功能實(shí)現(xiàn)做了詳細(xì)介紹。 在這些研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本文給出一個(gè)基于CORBA的局域網(wǎng)設(shè)備監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)實(shí)例。實(shí)例應(yīng)用命名服務(wù)、事件服務(wù)和通知服務(wù),以數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊工業(yè)現(xiàn)場設(shè)備為整個(gè)系統(tǒng)提供數(shù)據(jù)源;數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)器為數(shù)據(jù)倉庫,可實(shí)現(xiàn)局域網(wǎng)內(nèi)多個(gè)客戶端的數(shù)據(jù)訪問。 最后給出測(cè)試用例,對(duì)系統(tǒng)做功能和性能測(cè)試。基于CORBA局域網(wǎng)設(shè)備監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)達(dá)到了預(yù)期的效果。結(jié)合測(cè)試結(jié)果,提出監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)下一步的工作展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of industry, more and more automation equipments are applied in LAN. In order to solve this problem, combined with computer network technology and industrial automation control technology, this paper applies CORBA technology to the design of monitoring system, and combines with the needs of practical engineering. This paper presents a design scheme of local area network equipment monitoring system based on CORBA. This paper first describes the key technology of system development, introduces the basic concept of CORBA, and briefly introduces the real-time database technology. In terms of data security technology, the paper puts forward the data security problems that should be paid attention to in the enterprise internal system. Secondly, the overall design goal of the monitoring system is introduced, and the overall structure of the monitoring system is designed based on LAN equipment monitoring technology, and the functional modules of each subsystem are designed in detail. Finally, the interface definition of the main modules of the monitoring system is given. The realization of monitoring system is introduced again. In this paper, the system development environment is built, the flow chart of the system operation is given, and the workflow and function realization of the server, client and data push module of the monitoring system are introduced in detail. On the basis of these studies, this paper gives an example of LAN equipment monitoring system based on CORBA. Naming service, event service and notification service are used to provide data source for the whole system with industrial field equipment of data acquisition module, and data server is data warehouse, which can realize data access of multiple clients in LAN. Finally, the test cases are given, and the function and performance of the system are tested. The design of local area network equipment monitoring system based on CORBA achieves the desired effect. Combined with the test results, the future work prospect of the monitoring system is put forward.
