基于KQI和KPI指標映射的模糊計算方法

【摘要】:針對目前WCDMA網(wǎng)絡(luò)最優(yōu)化問題和業(yè)務(wù)質(zhì)量評估體系的缺陷,給出一種基于用戶感知和現(xiàn)網(wǎng)反饋的KQI-KPI指標模糊計算方法.該方法通過對應(yīng)用層業(yè)務(wù)進行重新分類,建立不同業(yè)務(wù)KQI與KPI指標之間的映射關(guān)系,使原來獨立的各評估指標形成相互作用的耦合關(guān)系,再通過指標群的模糊計算即可對整個質(zhì)量評估體系做出客觀的診斷和評判.計算結(jié)果和實際應(yīng)用表明,該方法對評估對象具有較好的普適性,結(jié)合設(shè)備優(yōu)化可充分改善現(xiàn)網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)的質(zhì)量,優(yōu)化WCDMA數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)質(zhì)量評估方法.
[Abstract]:Aiming at the optimization problem of WCDMA network and the defects of service quality evaluation system, a fuzzy calculation method of KQI-KPI index based on user perception and network feedback is presented. By reclassifying the service in the application layer, the mapping relationship between KQI and KPI indexes of different services is established, which makes the original independent evaluation indexes form an interactive coupling relationship. The whole quality evaluation system can be objectively diagnosed and evaluated by fuzzy calculation of index group. The results of calculation and practical application show that this method has good universality for evaluating objects. Combined with equipment optimization, the quality of existing network data services can be fully improved and the WCDMA data service quality evaluation method can be optimized.
