銀川電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)流量監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:“流量經(jīng)營”是當前運營商工作中一個重要部分,這個理念是一個嶄新的話題,也是不得不面對的挑戰(zhàn)。隨著移動、電信、聯(lián)通等運營企業(yè)全業(yè)務模式發(fā)展的加快,尤其在家庭寬帶業(yè)務方面,競爭越來越白熱化,銀川電信對城域網(wǎng)進行了大規(guī)模建設(shè)和擴容,各項數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務得到長足發(fā)展,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的訪問量迅猛增長。在運維工作中,針對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)流量監(jiān)控、數(shù)據(jù)流量分析方面仍然薄弱,不能滿足針對性網(wǎng)絡(luò)擴容和營銷的迫切需求;谝陨显,銀川電信公司啟動了傳輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)流量監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)工作。本文主要綜述流量監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)相關(guān)技術(shù),闡述流量監(jiān)控的基本概念,核心技術(shù)和標準化工作,并分析主流的流量監(jiān)控技術(shù)如何應用到電信運營商運維網(wǎng)絡(luò)。對銀川電信而言,流量監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)可以提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)擴容的準確性,提高擴容實效、降低擴容成本,同時還提升用戶的網(wǎng)絡(luò)感知。本文將探究流量監(jiān)控技術(shù)在軟件和硬件各個方面的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)和實現(xiàn)細節(jié),最終設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)符合銀川電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)實際需求的流量監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。銀川傳輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)流量監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)主要功能模塊劃分為用戶管理、登陸管理、系統(tǒng)管理、報表管理等。系統(tǒng)采用SNMPv3協(xié)議實現(xiàn)網(wǎng)元數(shù)據(jù)采集,U2000采集的性能數(shù)據(jù)通過SFTP協(xié)議發(fā)送給流量監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),流量監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)采集的性能數(shù)據(jù)通過SFTP供上層OSS獲取。系統(tǒng)采用HTTPs實現(xiàn)客戶自定義信息的導入和導出流量監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)系統(tǒng)。用戶導出自定義信息的模板時,流量監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)采用HTTPs協(xié)議從U2000獲取存量信息。按照銀川電信運維支撐系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展思路和規(guī)劃,銀川傳輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)流量監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)是各項支撐的關(guān)鍵點,是分析業(yè)務流量數(shù)據(jù)的重要工具。為了能夠有效支撐精準的網(wǎng)絡(luò)擴容和市場營銷工作,流量監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)需要實現(xiàn)告警、性能和業(yè)務等接口開放功能。本文設(shè)計的傳輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)流量監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)海量數(shù)據(jù)匯聚、分析挖掘、按需展現(xiàn)的功能,從而實現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)流量、業(yè)務質(zhì)量管理、網(wǎng)絡(luò)容量的精細化管理。
[Abstract]:"Traffic management" is an important part of the current operator work, this concept is a new topic, but also has to face the challenge. With the rapid development of the full-service mode of mobile, telecom, Unicom and other operating enterprises, especially in the area of home broadband services, competition is becoming more and more intense. Yinchuan Telecom has carried out large-scale construction and expansion of metropolitan area networks. Various data services have made great progress, the number of Internet traffic is growing rapidly. In operation and maintenance, data flow analysis is still weak in view of Internet traffic monitoring, which can not meet the urgent needs of targeted network expansion and marketing. Based on the above reasons, Yinchuan Telecom Company started the construction of network traffic monitoring system. This paper mainly summarizes the related technologies of traffic monitoring system, expounds the basic concept, core technology and standardization work of traffic monitoring system, and analyzes how the mainstream traffic monitoring technology is applied to the operation and maintenance network of telecom operators. For Yinchuan Telecom, traffic monitoring system can improve the accuracy of network expansion, improve the effectiveness of capacity expansion, reduce the cost of capacity expansion, and also improve users' network perception. This paper will explore the key technologies and implementation details of traffic monitoring technology in all aspects of software and hardware, and finally design and implement a flow monitoring system that meets the actual requirements of Yinchuan telecom network. The main function modules of Yinchuan transmission network flow monitoring system are user management, login management, system management, report management and so on. The system uses SNMPv3 protocol to realize the performance data collected by network metadata acquisition U2000 sent to the flow monitoring system through SFTP protocol, and the performance data collected by the traffic monitoring system is obtained by SFTP for the upper OSS. The system uses HTTPs to realize the import and export of customer's custom information. When the user exports the template of the custom information, the flow monitoring system acquires the stock information from U2000 by HTTPs protocol. According to the development idea and plan of Yinchuan Telecom Operation and maintenance support system, Yinchuan Transmission Network Traffic Monitoring system is the key point of each support, and is an important tool for analyzing traffic data. In order to effectively support accurate network expansion and marketing, traffic monitoring systems need to achieve alarm, performance and business interface open functions. The transmission network traffic monitoring system designed in this paper can realize the functions of mass data gathering, analyzing and mining, displaying on demand, so as to realize the fine management of network traffic, service quality management and network capacity.
