【摘要】：隨著教育的信息化推進(jìn)，信息技術(shù)在高校管理的各個(gè)方面廣泛應(yīng)用，數(shù)字化校園建設(shè)對(duì)提高學(xué)校教學(xué)、管理和科研水平起到了積極的推動(dòng)作用。校園一卡通就是數(shù)字化校園的有機(jī)組成部分，它是按照數(shù)字化校園的思想，集成校園現(xiàn)有的各項(xiàng)子系統(tǒng)，提供統(tǒng)一的身份識(shí)別與電子支付服務(wù)，最終讓師生在校園實(shí)現(xiàn)“一卡在手，，走遍校園”。 NK學(xué)院“校園一卡通”項(xiàng)目建設(shè)充分考慮到目前校園一卡通建設(shè)的優(yōu)劣之處，從本學(xué)院自身的實(shí)際情況出發(fā)，在項(xiàng)目管理的思想指導(dǎo)下，設(shè)計(jì)出一個(gè)符合本學(xué)院的規(guī)劃和設(shè)計(jì)方案。 本文以國(guó)內(nèi)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域研究為依據(jù)，從項(xiàng)目管理的理論概述出發(fā)，通過(guò)對(duì)校園一卡通項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的校園管理需求、用戶(hù)使用需求、網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全需求等分析，采用校園一卡通項(xiàng)目建設(shè)進(jìn)行有效的規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程管理。利用項(xiàng)目成本估算和控制、項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理、項(xiàng)目溝通管理、項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理等一系列管理類(lèi)知識(shí)來(lái)探討項(xiàng)目實(shí)施、運(yùn)行過(guò)程的可行性，發(fā)現(xiàn)NK校園一卡通項(xiàng)目建設(shè)中問(wèn)題，使其不斷完善、改善。
[Abstract]:With the development of education information technology is widely used in all aspects of university management. The construction of digital campus plays a positive role in improving the level of teaching management and scientific research. The campus card is an organic part of the digital campus. It integrates the existing subsystems of the campus according to the idea of the digital campus, and provides unified identification and electronic payment services. Finally, teachers and students in the campus to achieve "a card in hand, all over the campus." NK College "Campus Card" project construction fully takes into account the advantages and disadvantages of the current campus one-card construction, from the college's own actual situation, under the guidance of project management, Design a plan and design that is in accordance with the college. Based on the research of domestic related fields, this paper analyzes the campus management needs, user usage requirements, network security requirements and so on, based on the theoretical overview of project management, and through the analysis of campus management requirements, user usage requirements and network security requirements of the campus one-card project construction. Use campus one-card project to carry out effective planning and design process management. Using a series of management knowledge, such as project cost estimation and control, project schedule management, project communication management, project quality management and so on, to discuss the feasibility of project implementation and operation process, and find out the problems in the construction of NK campus one-card project. Make it perfect continuously, improve.
