【摘要】：進(jìn)入21世紀(jì),信息化已經(jīng)是這個(gè)時(shí)代的潮流。信息化時(shí)代發(fā)展的潮流是創(chuàng)建中職學(xué)校數(shù)字化校園的重要機(jī)遇。隨著社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展,社會(huì)各界對(duì)于中職學(xué)校工作要求越來(lái)越高,要求中職學(xué)校提供的服務(wù)更加數(shù)字化、信息化。廣西商貿(mào)技工學(xué)校網(wǎng)站建設(shè)項(xiàng)目,是在現(xiàn)有的信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步完善數(shù)字化校園建設(shè)的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要,更是與國(guó)家提出的“十二五”期間大力發(fā)展職業(yè)教育的要求是相一致。由于項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的起步階段,對(duì)于項(xiàng)目的范圍管理不夠重視,導(dǎo)致項(xiàng)目雖然投入了大量的人力和時(shí)間,但是項(xiàng)目的效益并不理想。因此,從學(xué)校角度出發(fā)對(duì)在建的廣西商貿(mào)技工學(xué)校網(wǎng)站建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的范圍管理進(jìn)行深入的分析研究,找出該項(xiàng)目范圍管理的優(yōu)化方案,對(duì)于提升項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)質(zhì)量和生命力,發(fā)揮信息化、數(shù)字化的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,提高學(xué)校的信息處理效率都具有重大意義。本文在對(duì)信息化項(xiàng)目范圍管理研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行檢索查詢的基礎(chǔ)上,分析廣西商貿(mào)技工學(xué)校網(wǎng)站建設(shè)項(xiàng)目范圍管理現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)在其中存在項(xiàng)目范圍管理章程缺失、項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)人員構(gòu)成不合理、項(xiàng)目需求分析不足、項(xiàng)目職責(zé)分配不明確和項(xiàng)目范圍變更控制不到位等方面的問(wèn)題。根據(jù)項(xiàng)目范圍管理知識(shí),本文提出了廣西商貿(mào)技工學(xué)校網(wǎng)站建設(shè)項(xiàng)目范圍管理的重點(diǎn)在于引入項(xiàng)目范圍管理的理論體系,將項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)、項(xiàng)目范圍規(guī)劃、項(xiàng)目范圍定義、項(xiàng)目范圍核實(shí)、項(xiàng)目范圍變更控制等應(yīng)用于本項(xiàng)目工作過(guò)程中。
[Abstract]:Entering the 21 st century, informationization has been the trend of this era. The trend of development in the information age is an important opportunity for the establishment of digital campus in secondary vocational schools. With the development of the society, the demand of the secondary vocational school is higher and higher, and the service provided by the secondary vocational school is more digital and information. The website construction project of Guangxi Commercial and Technical School is a practical need to further improve the construction of digital campus on the basis of the existing information network resources. It is also consistent with the requirement of vigorously developing vocational education during the "12 th Five-Year Plan" period put forward by the state. Due to the initial stage of project construction, insufficient attention has been paid to the scope management of the project, which has resulted in a large amount of manpower and time invested in the project, but the benefit of the project is not ideal. Therefore, from the school point of view, the scope management of the website construction project of Guangxi Commercial and Technical School under construction is analyzed and studied in depth, and the optimization scheme of the scope management of the project is found, which will improve the quality and vitality of the project development. It is of great significance to give full play to information, digitize economic benefits and improve the efficiency of information processing in schools. On the basis of searching and querying the research literature of information project scope management, this paper analyzes the current situation of project scope management in Guangxi Commercial and Technical School website construction, and finds out that there is a lack of project scope management regulation in the project scope management. The problems such as unreasonable composition of project team, insufficient analysis of project requirements, unclear assignment of project responsibilities and inadequate control of project scope change. According to the knowledge of project scope management, this paper puts forward that the key point of the project scope management of the website construction of Guangxi Commercial and Technical School is to introduce the theory system of project scope management, to start the project, to plan the project scope, to define the project scope. Project scope verification, project scope change control and so on are applied in the process of project work.
