【摘要】：當(dāng)20世紀(jì)末的信息革命將其網(wǎng)絡(luò)的觸角伸向社會(huì)生活的各個(gè)層面和角落時(shí)，人類社會(huì)快速的步入了網(wǎng)絡(luò)化時(shí)代，如今，網(wǎng)絡(luò)已經(jīng)滲透到我們生活的方方面面，大到政治貿(mào)易、小到娛樂休閑，“數(shù)字化生存”、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化境遇、“E-life”就是網(wǎng)絡(luò)生活的生動(dòng)比喻。對于現(xiàn)實(shí)政治來說，網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代對于政治參與的影響尤甚。網(wǎng)絡(luò)的興起，不僅賦予了我們新的時(shí)代內(nèi)涵，也使政治參與呈現(xiàn)出一系列新的變化，給政治參與的發(fā)展帶來了重大影響。對于中國政治參與來說，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)更具特定的政治含義。互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的出現(xiàn)消除了一些制度性弊端，提高了公民參與的積極性，同時(shí)還改變了政府與公民之間的交互方式，與此同時(shí)，，也帶來了許多亟需解決的問題。因此，我們必須牢牢把握網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代的特點(diǎn)，針對網(wǎng)絡(luò)政治參與存在的問題提出對策，使其更好順應(yīng)時(shí)代要求，為推動(dòng)我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)政治參與和諧有序發(fā)展提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:When the information revolution at the end of the 20th century extended the tentacles of its network to all levels and corners of social life, the human society quickly stepped into the era of networking. Now, the network has penetrated into every aspect of our life, from politics to trade. From entertainment to leisure, digital survival, network circumstances, "E-life" is a vivid metaphor of network life. For real politics, the influence of the network age on political participation is even greater. The rise of the network not only gives us a new connotation of the times, but also brings a series of new changes to the political participation, which brings great influence to the development of the political participation. For Chinese political participation, the Internet has more specific political implications. The emergence of the Internet has eliminated some institutional malpractices, increased the enthusiasm of citizens to participate, and also changed the interaction between the government and citizens. At the same time, it has also brought many problems that need to be solved. Therefore, we must firmly grasp the characteristics of the network age, put forward countermeasures against the problems existing in the network political participation, make it better conform to the requirements of the times, and provide reference for promoting the harmonious and orderly development of our country's network political participation.
