【摘要】:供應(yīng)鏈最早來源于彼得.德魯克提出的”經(jīng)濟(jì)鏈”,而后經(jīng)由邁克爾.波特發(fā)展成為”價(jià)值鏈”,最終日漸演變?yōu)椤惫⿷?yīng)鏈”。那么什么是”供應(yīng)鏈"(SUPPLY CHAIN)呢?它被定義為:“圍繞核心企業(yè),通過對(duì)信息流、物流、資金流的控制,從采購原材料開始,制成中間產(chǎn)品及最終產(chǎn)品,最后由銷售網(wǎng)絡(luò)把產(chǎn)品送到消費(fèi)者手中。它是將供應(yīng)商、制造商、分銷商、零售商,直到最終用戶連成一個(gè)整體的功能網(wǎng)鏈模式”。所以,一條完整的供應(yīng)鏈應(yīng)包括供應(yīng)商(原材料供應(yīng)商或零配件供應(yīng)商),制造商(加工廠或裝配廠),分銷商(代理商或批發(fā)商),零售商(大賣場(chǎng)、百貨商店、超市、專賣店、便利店和雜貨店)以及消費(fèi)者。在這條鏈條中,銷售預(yù)測(cè)、緩沖、最小庫存、尺碼曲線、色彩曲線、最大產(chǎn)能、材料緩沖、最小訂單量等等一些因素影響著銷售計(jì)劃、采購計(jì)劃、材料計(jì)劃、產(chǎn)能計(jì)劃。任何一個(gè)小小數(shù)值的變化都將影響整個(gè)鏈條的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),都將影響鏈條上所有合作伙伴的利益。擺在我們面前的問題如下:第一、正確分析各個(gè)因素在整個(gè)鏈條中的作用變得極為重要;其次,如何通過計(jì)算機(jī)迅速的計(jì)算各個(gè)因素的影響結(jié)果;第三、如何應(yīng)用云計(jì)算、WebService、分布式技術(shù)等計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)分布式技術(shù)在供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)。論文基于上述問題,提出了基于分布式技術(shù)的整合短交期企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn),論文的主要工作如下:第一,結(jié)合供應(yīng)鏈管理信息系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn),構(gòu)建了基于分布式技術(shù)的供應(yīng)鏈業(yè)務(wù)模型。并且采用域的概念將供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)域進(jìn)行劃分。第二,通過學(xué)習(xí)多種分布式技術(shù)中任務(wù)分配策略,實(shí)現(xiàn)整合短交期系統(tǒng)中的計(jì)算任務(wù)分配。第三,整合短交期系統(tǒng)成功上線,分布式任務(wù)分配策略使得系統(tǒng)中任務(wù)計(jì)算快速、正確。全球著名市場(chǎng)咨詢機(jī)構(gòu)國際數(shù)據(jù)公司(IDC)《制造業(yè)視野》(IDC Manufacturing Insights)最新研究報(bào)告指出:制造企業(yè)將“移動(dòng)”及“云”列為供應(yīng)鏈四大新興技術(shù)中最重要的兩項(xiàng)。本文將“云”同供應(yīng)鏈管理平臺(tái)相結(jié)合,以分布式技術(shù)為手段實(shí)現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)搭建,基于云計(jì)算中的任務(wù)分配概念實(shí)現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈管理中的計(jì)算任務(wù)的分配與執(zhí)行。
[Abstract]:The supply chain originated from Peter. Drucker proposed the "economic chain" and then passed through Michael. Porter developed into a "value chain" and eventually gradually evolved into a "supply chain". So what is "supply chain"? It is defined as: "around the core enterprises, through the control of information flow, logistics, capital flow, starting with the procurement of raw materials, to make intermediate products and final products, and finally by the sales network to send the products to consumers." It is a functional chain model that combines suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and end users into a whole. Therefore, a complete supply chain should include suppliers (suppliers of raw materials or spare parts), manufacturers (processing or assembly plants), distributors (agents or wholesalers), retailers (stores, department stores, supermarkets, specialty stores), Convenience stores and grocery stores) and consumers. In this chain, sales prediction, buffering, minimum inventory, size curve, color curve, maximum capacity, material buffer, minimum order quantity and other factors affect sales planning, purchasing plan, material planning, capacity planning. Any small change will affect the normal operation of the chain, will affect the interests of all partners on the chain. The questions before us are as follows: first, it becomes extremely important to correctly analyze the role of each factor in the whole chain; secondly, how to calculate the results of each factor quickly by computer; thirdly, How to use cloud computing Web Service, distributed technology and other computer technology to realize distributed technology in supply chain system. Based on the above problems, this paper puts forward the realization of integrated short-time enterprise supply chain system based on distributed technology. The main work of this paper is as follows: first, combining the characteristics of supply chain management information system, The supply chain business model based on distributed technology is constructed. And the concept of domain is used to divide the business domain of supply chain system. Secondly, the task allocation in short time system can be realized by learning the task allocation strategy of distributed technology. Third, integration of short-time system successfully online, distributed task allocation strategy makes the task calculation in the system fast and correct. The latest research report by IDC Manufacturing Insight, a global market consultancy, points out that manufacturing companies list "mobile" and "cloud" as the two most important emerging technologies in the supply chain. In this paper, the "cloud" is combined with the supply chain management platform, and the supply chain system platform is built by distributed technology, and the task allocation and execution in supply chain management is realized based on the concept of task allocation in cloud computing.
