【摘要】:隨著全球制造業(yè)向中國的飛速轉(zhuǎn)移,如美國、日本等國家的個人電腦,電子產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)工廠已經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)移到中國港臺和內(nèi)陸地區(qū)中國正逐漸在成為世界的制造中心。各行業(yè)遭受前所未有的沖擊,在制造業(yè)行業(yè)中更是如此,正面臨的競爭越來越國際化,,更加殘酷。許多公司落后的制造產(chǎn)業(yè)在這場競爭中被淘汰了,所以整個制造業(yè)非常需要不斷提升生產(chǎn)效率、自己的產(chǎn)能和技術(shù)水平。在生產(chǎn)力提高的過程中,制造業(yè)在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計、產(chǎn)品制造和企業(yè)管理等方面得到制造業(yè)相關(guān)軟件的極大的幫助。中國的制造業(yè)需要深切了解中國制造業(yè)流程、緊跟中國制造業(yè)市場、提高產(chǎn)品的競爭力,完善售后服務(wù)功能。 隨著現(xiàn)代制造服務(wù)業(yè)和軟件業(yè)的高速發(fā)展,通過無線/有線網(wǎng)絡(luò)采集大量設(shè)備的實時運行狀態(tài)參數(shù),分析狀態(tài)變化趨勢,發(fā)現(xiàn)故障預(yù)測規(guī)律,提高運維服務(wù)管理水平是服務(wù)型制造的核心技術(shù)。許多產(chǎn)品公司需要采集正在投入使用的產(chǎn)品的工作狀態(tài)、工作位置等數(shù)據(jù),依據(jù)這些數(shù)據(jù)可以實時的監(jiān)測運行狀態(tài)參數(shù),預(yù)測可能發(fā)生的產(chǎn)品故障或被偷盜的行為,充分保護消費者的利益。在工程機械領(lǐng)域,現(xiàn)場設(shè)備的系統(tǒng)控制相對封閉,當(dāng)發(fā)生設(shè)備停機或設(shè)備故障時,這些故障信息很難在第一時間內(nèi)傳送至控制中心。因此,需要采用遠程監(jiān)控的方式對設(shè)備的運行狀態(tài)進行實時的監(jiān)測。對于危險作業(yè)和極端惡劣環(huán)境,這種需求就變得尤為突出。 在這樣的情況下,本文通過提出一種多層次的工況數(shù)據(jù)通用數(shù)據(jù)協(xié)議字典,可以使開發(fā)者只關(guān)注于業(yè)務(wù)部分,縮短了新系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的時間,而且本通用協(xié)議中多層次的設(shè)計,也加大了協(xié)議的更大靈活性和更廣的適用性。本文還提出了通用協(xié)議的解析和存儲機制,對依據(jù)通用協(xié)議封裝的工況數(shù)據(jù),進行解析和存儲。
[Abstract]:With the rapid shift of global manufacturing to China, personal computers in countries such as the United States and Japan, electronics manufacturing plants have moved to China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and inland China is gradually becoming the world's manufacturing center. Industries have suffered unprecedented shocks, especially in the manufacturing sector, facing a more international and more brutal competition. Many companies' backward manufacturing industries have been eliminated in this competition, so the entire manufacturing industry needs to continuously improve its productivity, production capacity and technological level. In the process of productivity improvement, manufacturing industry is greatly assisted by manufacturing software in product design, product manufacturing and enterprise management. China's manufacturing industry needs to understand the Chinese manufacturing process, closely follow the Chinese manufacturing market, improve the competitiveness of products, improve the after-sales service function. With the rapid development of modern manufacturing service industry and software industry, the real-time running state parameters of a large number of equipments are collected through wireless / wired network, the trend of state change is analyzed, and the rule of fault prediction is found. Improving the management level of operation and maintenance service is the core technology of service manufacturing. Many product companies need to collect data on the working status and location of the products in use, which can be used to monitor operating state parameters in real time and predict possible product failures or stolen behavior. Fully protect the interests of consumers. In the field of construction machinery, the system control of field equipment is relatively closed. When the equipment stops or fails, it is difficult to transmit the fault information to the control center in the first time. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor the running state of the equipment in real time by remote monitoring. For hazardous operations and extremely harsh conditions, this demand becomes particularly prominent. In such a case, this paper puts forward a kind of multi-level general data protocol dictionary of working condition data, which can make the developer only pay attention to the business part, shorten the development time of the new system, and design the multi-level in this general protocol. It also increases the flexibility and applicability of the agreement. This paper also puts forward the mechanism of parsing and storing the general protocol, and parses and stores the working condition data which is encapsulated according to the general protocol.
