【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展，越來(lái)越多的人開(kāi)始關(guān)注網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全，免疫入侵檢測(cè)作為一種非常有效的入侵檢測(cè)技術(shù)也吸引了越來(lái)越多的研究人員。免疫入侵檢測(cè)將人工免疫原理引入到入侵檢測(cè)，使系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崟r(shí)的檢測(cè)異常行為作出判斷并發(fā)出警報(bào)。 本文介紹分析了入侵檢測(cè)的分類(lèi)以及相關(guān)技術(shù)，闡述了入侵檢測(cè)的國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀，在對(duì)比了主流的入侵檢測(cè)算法后，選擇鄰域形態(tài)空間作為入侵檢測(cè)研究的形態(tài)空間。在鄰域否定選擇算法中重點(diǎn)放在了增強(qiáng)的自適應(yīng)性，提高檢測(cè)效率上。并且針對(duì)領(lǐng)域空間下檢測(cè)器分布問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析研究，提出改進(jìn)算法。 對(duì)于以上提出的問(wèn)題，通過(guò)分析鄰域空間的特點(diǎn)，本文采用一種基于有效信息比率的離散化方法對(duì)鄰域否定選擇算法進(jìn)行改進(jìn)，增強(qiáng)其自適應(yīng)性。針對(duì)鄰域空間下的檢測(cè)器分布的問(wèn)題，在分析了鄰域空間的特點(diǎn)和匹配規(guī)則后，采用兩級(jí)檢測(cè)器集合和變閾值的分布方法，能夠用更少的檢測(cè)器達(dá)到更好的分布效果。 通過(guò)本文所述算法的研究，可以有效的改善鄰域否定選擇算法的自適應(yīng)性，提高檢測(cè)率。鄰域空間下的檢測(cè)器分布更有效率，減少資源的消耗。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of network technology, more and more people begin to pay attention to network security. As a very effective intrusion detection technology, immune intrusion detection has attracted more and more researchers. Immune intrusion detection introduces artificial immune principle into intrusion detection, which enables the system to detect abnormal behavior and issue alarm in real time. This paper introduces and analyzes the classification of intrusion detection and related technologies, expounds the current research situation of intrusion detection at home and abroad, and after comparing the mainstream intrusion detection algorithms, selects the neighborhood morphological space as the morphological space of intrusion detection research. In the neighborhood negative selection algorithm, emphasis is placed on the enhancement of self-adaptability and the improvement of detection efficiency. An improved algorithm is proposed to solve the problem of detector distribution in domain space. For the above problems, by analyzing the characteristics of neighborhood space, this paper uses a discretization method based on effective information ratio to improve the neighborhood negative selection algorithm to enhance its self-adaptability. In order to solve the problem of detector distribution in neighborhood space, after analyzing the characteristics and matching rules of neighborhood space, a two-stage detector set and variable threshold distribution method are adopted to achieve better distribution effect with fewer detectors. Through the research of the algorithm mentioned in this paper, the self-adaptability of neighborhood negative selection algorithm can be improved effectively and the detection rate can be improved. The detector distribution in neighborhood space is more efficient and resource consumption is reduced.
