【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)絡普及程度的提高,人們的辦公觀念和方式都發(fā)生了重大的改變,基于網(wǎng)絡的無紙化辦公也越來越深入人心。一個好的在線稿件處理系統(tǒng),也讓雜志社給讀者形成一個好的的印象。許多雜志社、報社的編輯部都已意識到實現(xiàn)網(wǎng)上辦公和在線處理稿件的重要性和緊迫性。在線稿件處理系統(tǒng)因此越來越受到人們的青睞。本論文主要是用B/S架構開發(fā)的基于web在線稿件處理系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn),系統(tǒng)在MyEclipse8.5平臺下采用JavaEE技術開發(fā)。系統(tǒng)主要分為前臺系統(tǒng)和后臺管理兩個部分,前臺又分為在線投稿和審稿兩塊。前臺系統(tǒng)主要從投稿人角色進行在線提交稿件做分析,主要包括在線投稿,稿件信息和狀態(tài)查詢,個人信息維護,信息交互等功能;后臺信息主要來源與內部導入用戶和外部注冊用戶,主要包括用戶信息,稿件信息,評審信息及信息交互內容等。實現(xiàn)了作者的投稿、信息查詢、信息反饋的便捷處理和編輯部規(guī)范高效化辦公,從而節(jié)省了稿件處理的時間和流通費用,提高了稿件投遞和投審的效率和安全性。這樣可以實現(xiàn)從投稿,審稿,編輯,同意錄用等全過程的網(wǎng)絡化,比傳統(tǒng)模式更加靈活方便。金陵科技學院在線稿件處理系統(tǒng)有效地解決了傳統(tǒng)模式下投遞和送審的各種弊端,利用金陵科技學院在線稿件處理系統(tǒng),為用戶提供一個友好的網(wǎng)絡投稿平臺。該系統(tǒng)的使用不僅可以減輕了雜志社相關人員的重復勞動,還可以提高工作效率,全方位整合資源,縮短稿件發(fā)表周期,從而提高期刊競爭力和影響因子。另外該系統(tǒng)對作者和評審專家全方位管理,并實現(xiàn)投稿、審稿的網(wǎng)絡化和信息化,提高稿件質量。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of network popularization, people's concept and way of office have changed greatly, and paperless office based on network is becoming more and more popular.A good online manuscript processing system, also let the magazine give readers a good impression.The editorial departments of many magazines and newspapers have realized the importance and urgency of working online and processing manuscripts online.As a result, the online manuscript processing system is becoming more and more popular.This paper is mainly about the design and implementation of the online manuscript processing system based on web based on the B / S architecture. The system is developed on the MyEclipse8.5 platform using JavaEE technology.The system is divided into two parts: front desk system and background management. The front desk is divided into two parts: online submission and review.The front desk system mainly carries on the on-line submission analysis from the contributor role, mainly includes the on-line contribution, the manuscript information and the status inquiry, the personal information maintenance, the information interaction and so on function;Background information mainly comes from internal import users and external registered users, including user information, manuscript information, review information and information interactive content.It realizes the convenient processing of the author's contribution, information query, information feedback and the standardization and high efficiency office of the editorial department, thus saves the time and circulation cost of the manuscript processing, and improves the efficiency and security of the manuscript delivery and review.It is more flexible and convenient than the traditional mode to realize the networking of the whole process, such as submission, review, editing and approval.Jinling Institute of Science and Technology online manuscript processing system effectively solves the traditional mode of delivery and delivery of all kinds of drawbacks, using Jinling Institute of Science and Technology online manuscript processing system to provide users with a friendly network submission platform.The application of the system can not only reduce the repeated work of the related staff of the magazine, but also improve the work efficiency, integrate resources in all directions, shorten the publishing cycle of manuscripts, and thus improve the competitiveness of periodicals and the influencing factors.In addition, the system manages the author and the expert in all directions, and realizes the contribution, the network and information of the manuscript review, and improves the quality of the manuscript.
