基于web2.0的企業(yè)知識問答激勵(lì)方法和系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:在知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,知識已經(jīng)取代勞動力、土地和資本,成為驅(qū)動企業(yè)發(fā)展的主要?jiǎng)恿?但是企業(yè)僅僅擁有知識是不夠的,知識只有被充分利用起來才能夠?yàn)槠髽I(yè)創(chuàng)造價(jià)值。然而在企業(yè)內(nèi)部,用戶很少去使用知識,知識往往只是被存儲起來,成為企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)庫的一部分,企業(yè)的知識管理往往變成企業(yè)的信息管理。 結(jié)合國內(nèi)知識管理的現(xiàn)狀分析和網(wǎng)絡(luò)知識問答平臺的特點(diǎn)分析,本文認(rèn)為企業(yè)知識問答形式的知識管理是解決目前國內(nèi)知識管理問題的途徑之一,但是知識問答不會自動發(fā)生,需要企業(yè)管理者對企業(yè)員工進(jìn)行激勵(lì)。 為此,本文結(jié)合國家高技術(shù)研究發(fā)展計(jì)劃“基于全生命周期的高能耗裝備設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)和工具研究(2013AA041304)”,提出了基于web2.0的企業(yè)問答知識激勵(lì)方法和系統(tǒng)。 論文的組織結(jié)構(gòu)如下: 第一章詳細(xì)介紹了本文的背景知識,包括web2.0技術(shù)、知識共享的知識、知識問答的知識和激勵(lì)理論的知識,分析了國內(nèi)知識管理的現(xiàn)狀和企業(yè)知識問答系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn),最后給出了本文的體系結(jié)構(gòu)、研究內(nèi)容和研究意義。 第二章基于委托代理理論分析了知識問答過程,采用單委托、單代理的委托代理模型分析了知識問答中的提問過程,使用單委托、多代理的委托代理模型分析了知識問答中的回答過程,最后總結(jié)了知識問答過程應(yīng)該采取的激勵(lì)策略。 第三章基于web2.0的思想,總結(jié)了企業(yè)問答知識的創(chuàng)建和評價(jià)過程的特點(diǎn),結(jié)合EigenRumor算法思想提出了知識對企業(yè)的貢獻(xiàn)值的計(jì)算方法,分析了目前網(wǎng)絡(luò)知識問答平臺激勵(lì)方法中存在的不足,提出了基于動態(tài)積分獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)的企業(yè)知識問答激勵(lì)方法。 第四章從系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)和功能模塊等方面對基于web2.0的企業(yè)知識問答系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了探討,并介紹了系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。 第五章以三變科技知識問答系統(tǒng)為例,介紹了企業(yè)知識問答系統(tǒng)的實(shí)例應(yīng)用。 第六章對本文的研究進(jìn)行了總結(jié),指出了論文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)和有待進(jìn)一步提高之處。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has replaced labor, land and capital as the main driving force to drive the development of enterprises. However, it is not enough for enterprises to possess knowledge. Knowledge can only be fully utilized to create value for enterprises.However, within the enterprise, the user seldom uses the knowledge, the knowledge is always stored and becomes part of the enterprise database, and the knowledge management of the enterprise often becomes the information management of the enterprise.Based on the analysis of the current situation of domestic knowledge management and the characteristics of the online knowledge question answering platform, this paper thinks that the knowledge management in the form of enterprise knowledge question answering is one of the ways to solve the problems of domestic knowledge management, but the knowledge question and answer will not occur automatically.Enterprises need managers to motivate their employees.Therefore, this paper presents an enterprise question and answer knowledge incentive method and system based on web2.0, combined with the National High Technology Research and Development Program "High Energy consumption equipment Design Technology and tool Research based on the whole Life cycle" (2013AA041304).The structure of the paper is as follows:The first chapter introduces the background knowledge of this paper in detail, including web2.0 technology, knowledge sharing knowledge, knowledge question-and-answer knowledge and motivation theory, and analyzes the current situation of domestic knowledge management and the characteristics of enterprise knowledge question-and-answer system.Finally, the architecture, research content and significance of this paper are given.The second chapter analyzes the process of question and answer based on the principal-agent theory.The multi-agent principal-agent model analyzes the answer process in the question and answer process, and finally summarizes the incentive strategies that should be adopted in the process of knowledge question and answer.In the third chapter, based on the idea of web2.0, the characteristics of the process of establishing and evaluating the knowledge of enterprise question and answer are summarized, and the method of calculating the contribution of knowledge to the enterprise is put forward in combination with the idea of EigenRumor algorithm.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the incentive methods in the online knowledge question-and-answer platform, and puts forward an incentive method based on dynamic integral reward for enterprise knowledge question-and-answer.The fourth chapter discusses the design and implementation of enterprise knowledge question and answer system based on web2.0 from the aspects of system architecture and function module, and introduces the key technology of the system.The fifth chapter introduces the application of the enterprise knowledge question and answer system with the example of the three-variable Q & A system of science and technology.The sixth chapter summarizes the research and points out the innovation of the paper and the points to be further improved.
