【摘要】：電子商務(wù)應(yīng)用的不斷拓展，使跨物理空間、跨軟硬件系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)，實(shí)現(xiàn)在Internet環(huán)境下企業(yè)級(jí)應(yīng)用間的協(xié)同共享與集成的需求日益凸顯。正是因?yàn)榫哂兴神詈�、良好的封裝性和跨平臺(tái)特性， Web服務(wù)成為企業(yè)應(yīng)用集成的有效解決方案。相應(yīng)的，研究能夠滿足用戶(hù)功能且可信的服務(wù)組合技術(shù)成為當(dāng)前熱點(diǎn)。 服務(wù)組合問(wèn)題首先要面臨的就是對(duì)海量服務(wù)的選擇，因此對(duì)候選服務(wù)的信任評(píng)價(jià)特別重要。如果響應(yīng)時(shí)間較長(zhǎng)會(huì)影響用戶(hù)體驗(yàn)，，服務(wù)組合技術(shù)需要同時(shí)考慮組合結(jié)果的可信性及組合效率。 本文運(yùn)用語(yǔ)義Web、本體論、圖論等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的知識(shí)進(jìn)行Web服務(wù)組合及其可信性的研究，相比較以往研究工作，本文的創(chuàng)新在于：首先，提出基于服務(wù)質(zhì)量(QoS)和聲譽(yù)的信任度評(píng)估模型，綜合考慮服務(wù)提供商提供的QoS、用戶(hù)對(duì)服務(wù)的歷史評(píng)價(jià)、用戶(hù)通過(guò)與服務(wù)交互和服務(wù)推薦獲得的聲譽(yù)以及服務(wù)提供商的可信性等方面進(jìn)行建模，從整體及準(zhǔn)確程度上對(duì)服務(wù)信任評(píng)估予以提升；其次，對(duì)模型的每個(gè)模塊分別設(shè)計(jì)獲取數(shù)據(jù)的方式及計(jì)算方法，進(jìn)行組合服務(wù)的信任評(píng)估，以保證單個(gè)服務(wù)及組合服務(wù)的可信性；再次，基于圖進(jìn)行可信服務(wù)組合方法的設(shè)計(jì)，將語(yǔ)義信息引入服務(wù)描述文檔WSDL，添加服務(wù)綜合信任度，將WSDL轉(zhuǎn)換為攜帶質(zhì)量信息的OWL-S文檔進(jìn)行服務(wù)匹配，采用以服務(wù)信任為啟發(fā)的雙向圖搜索算法獲得最終組合路徑，從而縮短了響應(yīng)時(shí)間，保障了組合服務(wù)的可信性。最后，開(kāi)發(fā)仿真平臺(tái)，對(duì)本文提出的服務(wù)信任度評(píng)估模型、基于圖的服務(wù)組合算法進(jìn)行仿真，驗(yàn)證了模型及算法的可信性、高效性。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of electronic commerce applications, the need of cross-physical space, cross-hardware and software system platform, and the realization of collaborative sharing and integration among enterprise applications in Internet environment is becoming increasingly prominent.Because of its loose coupling, good encapsulation and cross-platform characteristics, Web services become an effective solution for enterprise application integration.Accordingly, service composition technology, which can satisfy user's function and be trusted, has become a hot topic.The first problem of service composition is the choice of mass services, so it is very important to evaluate the trust of candidate services.If the response time is long enough to affect the user experience, the service composition technology needs to consider both the credibility of the composition results and the composition efficiency.This paper uses the knowledge of semantic Web, Ontology, Graph Theory and other related fields to study the composition of Web services and its credibility. Compared with the previous research work, the innovation of this paper is as follows: first of all,A trust evaluation model based on QoS (QoS) and reputation is proposed. Considering the QoS provided by the service provider, users' historical evaluation of the service is proposed.By modeling the reputation of service interaction and service recommendation and the credibility of service provider, users can improve the evaluation of service trust in terms of overall and accuracy. Secondly,Each module of the model is designed to obtain the data and the calculation method to evaluate the trust of the composite service to ensure the credibility of the single service and composite service. Thirdly, the trusted service composition method is designed based on the graph.The semantic information is introduced into the service description document (WSDL), the service synthesis trust is added, the WSDL is transformed into the OWL-S document with quality information for service matching, and the bidirectional graph search algorithm inspired by service trust is used to obtain the final composition path.Thus, the response time is shortened and the credibility of composite services is guaranteed.Finally, the simulation platform is developed to simulate the service trust evaluation model proposed in this paper and the graph-based service composition algorithm to verify the credibility and efficiency of the model and algorithm.
