云計算下使用策略樹和商業(yè)驅(qū)動的IT變更管理

【摘要】:云計算是一種將計算資源作為公共服務(wù)的新興計算模式,有著使IT業(yè)發(fā)生巨變的潛能。隨著越來越多的企業(yè)將云計算應(yīng)用到企業(yè)管理中,云計算面臨著巨大的發(fā)展前景。 但同時,隨著獲取云計算服務(wù)的客戶增多,客戶的需求更為復(fù)雜多變,云計算的管理面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。在傳統(tǒng)的ITIL十大流程中,變更管理是最重要的流程之一,而在云計算多租戶的環(huán)境下,變更的需求有著多變性和復(fù)雜性的特點,而且很難制定一個全面的策略來應(yīng)對所有的變更需求。如何調(diào)配變更需求,權(quán)衡成本、收益及保證服務(wù)質(zhì)量的關(guān)系是云計算提供商能否獲取成功的關(guān)鍵,也是研究的難題。 針對以上的問題,本文提出一個云計算環(huán)境下的基于策略的IT管理模型,可以使得云計算提供商在保證服務(wù)質(zhì)量的情況下商業(yè)利益最大化。為了更好的為商業(yè)目標服務(wù),可將商業(yè)目標融入到云計算資源的管理。商業(yè)驅(qū)動的IT管理(BDIM)模型致力于將IT相關(guān)事件映射到商業(yè)尺度上,度量IT對商業(yè)的影響,使得IT服務(wù)管理直接能為商業(yè)目標服務(wù)。同時,由于云計算環(huán)境的多變性,因此很難設(shè)計套全面的策略來應(yīng)對所有問題,往往需要多個側(cè)重點不同的策略并存,并根據(jù)目前的系統(tǒng)情況來靈活的部署和執(zhí)行策略。策略樹是一種封裝了不同策略的抽象方法,能夠在系統(tǒng)運行中實時評估策略有效性,并且可以動態(tài)的實現(xiàn)策略轉(zhuǎn)換,尤其適合在云計算環(huán)境的策略管理中使用。 本文針對PaaS和IaaS兩種服務(wù)模式提出了基于策略樹的商業(yè)驅(qū)動的IT管理方法和模型。在該方法中,將實時的IT層級運行參數(shù)通過BDIM模型映射為商業(yè)指數(shù),通過策略樹層級反饋和評估機制,實時的評估當前策略對于商業(yè)的影響,并提供策略決策,實現(xiàn)基于策略的自管理閉環(huán),為云計算提供商獲取最大的商業(yè)利益。
[Abstract]:Cloud computing is a new computing model that uses computing resources as a public service, which has the potential to make a huge change in IT industry.With more and more enterprises applying cloud computing to enterprise management, cloud computing is facing a great development prospect.But at the same time, with the increasing number of customers to access cloud computing services, customer demand is more complex and changeable, cloud computing management is facing a huge challenge.Among the ten traditional ITIL processes, change management is one of the most important processes. In the multi-tenant environment of cloud computing, the requirements of change have the characteristics of variability and complexity.And it is difficult to develop a comprehensive strategy to respond to all change needs.How to adjust the change requirements, weigh the cost, benefit and guarantee the quality of service relationship is the key to the success of cloud computing providers, but also a difficult problem.In view of the above problems, this paper proposes a policy-based IT management model in cloud computing environment, which can maximize the business benefits of cloud computing providers under the guarantee of quality of service.In order to better serve the business objectives, we can integrate the business objectives into the management of cloud computing resources.The business-driven IT management (BDIM) model aims to map IT-related events to a commercial scale to measure the impact of IT on business, so that IT service management can serve business objectives directly.At the same time, because of the variability of cloud computing environment, it is difficult to design a set of comprehensive strategies to deal with all the problems, and often need multiple strategies with different emphasis, and flexible deployment and implementation strategies according to the current system conditions.Policy tree is an abstract method which encapsulates different policies. It can evaluate the effectiveness of policies in real time while the system is running, and it can dynamically implement policy transformation, especially suitable for policy management in cloud computing environment.This paper presents a business-driven IT management method and model based on policy tree for PaaS and IaaS service modes.In this method, the real-time operation parameters of IT level are mapped to business index by BDIM model, and the influence of current strategy on business is evaluated in real time through the feedback and evaluation mechanism of policy tree level, and the policy decision is provided.Policy-based self-management close-loop is implemented to maximize business benefits for cloud computing providers.
