【摘要】：正2013年4月13日,由全國(guó)信息技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化委員會(huì)教育技術(shù)分技術(shù)委員會(huì)暨教育部教育信息化技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)委員會(huì)、中國(guó)教育技術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)高校理工科專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì)、中國(guó)教育技術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)委員會(huì)、華南港澳地區(qū)高校教育技術(shù)協(xié)作委員會(huì)和清華大學(xué)現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)雜志社聯(lián)合主辦的第四屆全國(guó)數(shù)字校園建設(shè)與創(chuàng)新發(fā)展高峰論壇在南昌大學(xué)召開(kāi)。本屆論壇的主題為"i時(shí)代的教學(xué)環(huán)境與教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)"。開(kāi)幕式上,教育部科技司信息化處處長(zhǎng)張擁軍立足我國(guó)教育現(xiàn)狀,闡述了"教育與信息高度融合"的理念。南昌大學(xué)副校長(zhǎng)朱友林介紹了南昌大學(xué)教學(xué)科研管理和校園信息化建設(shè)的發(fā)展。江西省教育廳高等教育處處長(zhǎng)胡永紅表示教育信息化的發(fā)展需要政府引導(dǎo)和社會(huì)各界的廣泛參與。教育部教育信息化技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)委員會(huì)副秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)鄭莉指出發(fā)展教育信息化的關(guān)鍵在于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)先行。
[Abstract]:On April 13, 2013, the National Information Technology Standardization Committee, the Education Technology Sub-Technical Committee and the Ministry of Education Education Informatization Technology Standards Committee, the China Educational Technology Association College Science and Engineering Specialty Committee,Technical Standards Committee of China Educational Technology Association,The fourth National Digital Campus Construction and Innovation Summit Forum was held in Nanchang University by the Education Technology Cooperation Committee of Universities in South China Hong Kong and Macao and the Modern Educational Technology Magazine of Tsinghua University.The theme of this forum is "the teaching environment and teaching design in I era".At the opening ceremony, Zhang Yongjun, director of information department of Ministry of Education, expounded the idea of "high fusion of education and information" based on the present situation of education in China.Zhu Youlin, vice president of Nanchang University, introduced the development of teaching and research management and campus information construction in Nanchang University.Hu Yonghong, director of the higher Education Department of Jiangxi Education Department, said that the development of educational informatization needs the guidance of the government and the broad participation of all sectors of society.Zheng Li, deputy secretary-general of the Education Informatization Technology Standards Committee of the Ministry of Education, pointed out that the key to the development of educational informatization lies in the standard first.
