【摘要】:近幾年來,隨著移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的蓬勃發(fā)展,移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)領(lǐng)域不斷涌現(xiàn)出各種各樣的新業(yè)務(wù),比如微博、微信等。現(xiàn)今越來越多的人利用移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)來提高工作和學(xué)習(xí)的效率,改善娛樂和生活的質(zhì)量。隨著對移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)依賴性的不斷增加,人們對業(yè)務(wù)的服務(wù)質(zhì)量以及用戶體驗(yàn)質(zhì)量也有了越來越高的要求。為了提高業(yè)務(wù)質(zhì)量,滿足人們的使用需求,對業(yè)務(wù)的服務(wù)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行監(jiān)測十分必要的。 論文首先對目前移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)質(zhì)量監(jiān)測相關(guān)的理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了概要總結(jié),包括研究現(xiàn)狀,研究范圍和內(nèi)容,以及相關(guān)的監(jiān)測技術(shù)等方面的內(nèi)容。其次介紹了iOS平臺體系結(jié)構(gòu)以及其主要的開發(fā)技術(shù)。由于移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)一般是以應(yīng)用程序的方式安裝中手機(jī)終端上的,因此對這類業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行監(jiān)測應(yīng)該采用被動監(jiān)測方式。依托實(shí)驗(yàn)室中心研制的端到端互聯(lián)網(wǎng)質(zhì)量監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)以及對iOS平臺運(yùn)行原理的研究,論文在iOS平臺上設(shè)計(jì)了移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)質(zhì)量終端監(jiān)測程序。 為了驗(yàn)證質(zhì)量監(jiān)測程序在實(shí)際網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境中的性能,通過分析移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)社交業(yè)務(wù)的通信機(jī)制,從用戶的角度出發(fā),論文提出了一組針對社交業(yè)務(wù)的QoE指標(biāo),這組指標(biāo)能夠直接反映用戶使用相應(yīng)業(yè)務(wù)時的體驗(yàn)感知。并通過結(jié)合QoS和QoE進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)出了這組指標(biāo)的計(jì)算方法。在此基礎(chǔ)上,論文分析了目前移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)比較重要的微博和微信業(yè)務(wù)的流量,提取出了它們的應(yīng)用識別和用戶操作行為的識別方法。并在實(shí)際的網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下,以微博和微信為例,利用監(jiān)測程序?qū)@組指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了監(jiān)測實(shí)驗(yàn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,這組指標(biāo)能較好的反映用戶使用社交應(yīng)用時的真實(shí)體驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of mobile Internet, various new services have emerged in the field of mobile Internet, such as Weibo, WeChat and so on.Nowadays, more and more people use mobile internet services to improve the efficiency of work and study, improve the quality of entertainment and life.With the increasing dependence on the mobile Internet, the service quality and the user experience quality are more and more demanding.In order to improve the service quality and meet the needs of people, it is necessary to monitor the service quality.Firstly, the paper summarizes the theoretical basis of mobile Internet service quality monitoring, including the research status, research scope and content, as well as the relevant monitoring technology and other aspects.Secondly, the architecture of iOS platform and its main development technology are introduced.Since mobile Internet services are generally installed on mobile terminals in the form of application programs, passive monitoring methods should be used to monitor such services.Based on the end-to-end Internet quality monitoring system developed by the laboratory center and the research on the operation principle of iOS platform, this paper designs the mobile Internet service quality terminal monitoring program on the iOS platform.In order to verify the performance of the quality monitoring program in the actual network environment, by analyzing the communication mechanism of the mobile Internet social services, from the point of view of users, this paper proposes a set of QoE indicators for social services.This set of metrics can directly reflect the user's experience perception when using the corresponding business.The calculation method of these indexes is summarized by combining QoS and QoE.On this basis, this paper analyzes the traffic of Weibo and WeChat, which are the most important mobile Internet services, and extracts their application identification and user operation behavior identification methods.In the actual network environment, Weibo and WeChat as an example, the monitoring program is used to monitor the indicators.Experiments show that this set of indicators can better reflect the real experience of users using social applications.
