【摘要】：信息時(shí)代,網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全備受矚目。加拿大政府出臺(tái)了由確保聯(lián)邦政府網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)安全、加強(qiáng)各方合作保障聯(lián)邦政府以外網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全、維護(hù)公眾網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全三大支柱構(gòu)成的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全戰(zhàn)略,這既是維護(hù)國(guó)家社會(huì)公共安全、提升政府公信力和威望的需要,也是保障國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)安全、促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、協(xié)同國(guó)際網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全合作、提升自身國(guó)際地位的需要。當(dāng)前,資金投入不足、政府部門執(zhí)行力較弱、國(guó)際合作力度不夠、自主性較差等問題制約了加拿大網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全戰(zhàn)略作用的發(fā)揮。
[Abstract]:In the information age, network security attracts much attention.The Canadian government has issued a network security strategy composed of three pillars: ensuring the security of the federal government network system, strengthening cooperation among all parties to ensure the network security outside the federal government, and maintaining the public network security. This is not only to safeguard the national social public security,The need to enhance the credibility and prestige of the government is also the need to ensure the security of domestic and international economic activities, promote economic development, cooperate with international network security and enhance its own international status.At present, insufficient capital investment, weak executive power of government departments, insufficient international cooperation and poor autonomy restrict the role of Canadian network security strategy.
