【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)用的不斷發(fā)展在給人們的傳統(tǒng)生活方式帶來(lái)巨大挑戰(zhàn)和改變的同時(shí),也接受著用戶(hù)的考驗(yàn)。傳統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中,開(kāi)發(fā)人員從自己的角度出發(fā)思考用戶(hù)的需求,一味地想把新技術(shù)呈現(xiàn)在用戶(hù)面前,但卻忽略了用戶(hù)的水平和他們真正的需求,因此使用戶(hù)反感甚至造成了網(wǎng)站無(wú)人造訪的后果,由此用戶(hù)體驗(yàn)得到了開(kāi)發(fā)人員的重視。 本文就是要真正地從用戶(hù)的角度出發(fā),以滿足用戶(hù)的需求為目標(biāo),提出一套混合型Web應(yīng)用用戶(hù)體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)的流程。該流程的每一階段都要審慎考慮是否與用戶(hù)的需求相符,使設(shè)計(jì)出的網(wǎng)站能夠讓用戶(hù)感覺(jué)良好、操作簡(jiǎn)便、使用流暢,給用戶(hù)帶來(lái)積極的用戶(hù)體驗(yàn)。通過(guò)研究用戶(hù)體驗(yàn)的五要素,分析框架中要素與要素之間的關(guān)系,尋找導(dǎo)航設(shè)計(jì)與界面設(shè)計(jì)的結(jié)合方式,從理念、方法和技術(shù)等多方面探討二者的融合。 在相關(guān)理論和實(shí)際操作的背景下,提出了混合型Web應(yīng)用的定義和混合型Web應(yīng)用用戶(hù)體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)的六個(gè)階段,通過(guò)融合導(dǎo)航設(shè)計(jì)與界面設(shè)計(jì)解決了頁(yè)面的雙遞交問(wèn)題,并且將這一設(shè)計(jì)理念在項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例中得到了驗(yàn)證。 用戶(hù)的需求不是游離于網(wǎng)站功能之外的附屬品,而是影響網(wǎng)站設(shè)計(jì)好與壞的重要因素。本文的設(shè)計(jì)方法能夠開(kāi)發(fā)出既能提供給用戶(hù)需要的功能,又能夠使用戶(hù)容易獲得信息的集功能性和信息性于一體的網(wǎng)站,給用戶(hù)帶來(lái)積極的用戶(hù)體驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:The continuous development of network and network application not only brings great challenges and changes to people's traditional way of life, but also receives the test of users.In the traditional development process, developers think about the needs of users from their own point of view, blindly want to present new technologies to users, but ignore the level of users and their real needs.As a result, users are disgusted or even left unvisited, and the user experience is valued by developers.The purpose of this paper is to put forward a set of processes of user experience design for hybrid Web applications from the point of view of users and to meet the needs of users.In each stage of the process, careful consideration should be given to whether or not it is in accordance with the needs of the user, so that the designed website can make the user feel good, operate easily, use smoothly and bring positive user experience to the user.By studying the five elements of the user experience and analyzing the relationship between the elements and the elements in the framework, this paper seeks for the combination of navigation design and interface design, and probes into the fusion of the two from many aspects, such as idea, method and technology.Under the background of relevant theory and practical operation, the definition of hybrid Web application and the six stages of user experience design of hybrid Web application are proposed. The problem of double delivery of page is solved by combining navigation design with interface design.And this design idea is verified in the project design example.The user's demand is not an adjunct to the function of the website, but an important factor affecting the good and bad design of the website.The design method of this paper can not only provide the function that the user needs, but also make it easy for the user to obtain the information in one of the functions and information, and bring the user a positive user experience.
