【摘要】:信息化是當(dāng)今時代發(fā)展的大趨勢,代表著先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)力。醫(yī)療行業(yè)的信息化,已成為當(dāng)前通信和醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生行業(yè)關(guān)注的熱點。移動醫(yī)療是指應(yīng)用當(dāng)前移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)以及通信技術(shù)為廣大患者提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的醫(yī)療服務(wù)。然而,醫(yī)療信息化建設(shè)以及移動醫(yī)療面臨著一系列的挑戰(zhàn),比如無法信息區(qū)域化共享與互聯(lián)互通、產(chǎn)品服務(wù)過于單一、無法有效的管理個人健康檔案、無法解決重復(fù)檢查造成的資源浪費等問題。因而,無法根本上解決中國醫(yī)療資源分配不均而導(dǎo)致的醫(yī)患矛盾。針對以上問題,本文提出一個基于Saa S(Software-as-a-Service)的醫(yī)療服務(wù)平臺。感知層獲取患者身體數(shù)據(jù)并上傳至云平臺,云平臺利用云計算技術(shù)將數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理并針對不同層次的醫(yī)療服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)提供區(qū)域化數(shù)據(jù)共享。在應(yīng)用層,提供基層衛(wèi)生管理、分級診療、數(shù)據(jù)分析等服務(wù)。移動端選用Android客戶端方便用戶實時獲取醫(yī)療服務(wù),從而形成由用戶——平臺——服務(wù)——用戶的完整的醫(yī)療生態(tài)系統(tǒng)。本文在詳細(xì)介紹了云計算關(guān)鍵實現(xiàn)技術(shù)、移動醫(yī)療發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及Android平臺應(yīng)用模式的基礎(chǔ)上,提出云計算移動醫(yī)療系統(tǒng)平臺整體架構(gòu),隨后從服務(wù)器架構(gòu)、后臺云服務(wù)管理、移動應(yīng)用層三方面闡述具體實現(xiàn)過程。后臺云服務(wù)管理主要提供基層衛(wèi)生管理、醫(yī)療服務(wù)、藥品管理等服務(wù)。Android端為普通用戶提供查看數(shù)據(jù)分析,健康檔案管理、用藥提醒等功能。該管理系統(tǒng)在提供區(qū)域化共享方案,有效的解決了分級診療中遇到的“孤島”壁壘問題,為醫(yī)療信息化建設(shè)提供一種合理的解決方案。
[Abstract]:Information is the main trend of the development of the times, representing the advanced productive forces.The informationization of medical industry has become the focus of attention in the field of communication and health care.Mobile medicine refers to the application of the current mobile Internet and communications technology to provide quality medical services to patients.However, the construction of medical information and mobile medical are facing a series of challenges, such as the inability to share and communicate information regionalization, the single product and service, and the inability to effectively manage personal health files.Can not solve the repeated check caused by the waste of resources and other issues.Therefore, it is impossible to fundamentally solve the contradiction between doctors and patients caused by uneven distribution of medical resources in China.Aiming at the above problems, this paper presents a medical service platform based on Saa software-as-a-Service.Perception layer acquires patient body data and uploads it to cloud platform. Cloud platform uses cloud computing technology to process data and provide regionalized data sharing for different levels of medical services.In the application layer, provides the basic level health management, the classification diagnosis and treatment, the data analysis and so on service.The mobile side selects the Android client to facilitate the user to obtain the medical service in real time, thus forms the complete medical ecosystem by the user-platform-service-user.On the basis of introducing the key technology of cloud computing, the development status of mobile medical service and the application mode of Android platform, this paper puts forward the whole architecture of cloud computing mobile medical system platform, and then from the server architecture, the background cloud service management,The realization process of mobile application layer is described in three aspects.Background cloud service management mainly provides primary health management, medical services, drug management and other services. Android terminal provides common users with data analysis, health file management, drug reminders and other functions.This management system provides the regionalization sharing scheme, effectively solves the "isolated island" barrier problem encountered in the grading diagnosis and treatment, and provides a reasonable solution for the medical information construction.
