【摘要】：針對當前缺乏從實證的視角研究在線知識社區(qū)(OKC)的社會網(wǎng)絡對社區(qū)構建知識的質量或對知識序化影響的問題。本文以OKC的典型平臺維基百科為例,分析了其中協(xié)同編輯過程中用戶交互關系,采用網(wǎng)絡結構平衡理論對詞條社區(qū)構建了社會交互網(wǎng)絡,進而以維基詞條頁面質量為知識序化指標進行計算,最后分析了在線知識社區(qū)中社會交互網(wǎng)絡結構平衡對頁面質量影響規(guī)律。分析結果表明,OKC社會交互網(wǎng)絡結構呈現(xiàn)出"平衡—非平衡—動態(tài)平衡"的有序演化軌跡,維基詞條質量在社會網(wǎng)絡的動態(tài)演化過程中呈現(xiàn)螺旋上升趨勢。該研究有利于揭示OKC的社會交互網(wǎng)絡對知識序化影響的機理。
[Abstract]:In view of the lack of empirical research on the impact of online knowledge community (OKC) social network on the quality of community knowledge construction or knowledge ordering.Taking Wikipedia, a typical platform of OKC, as an example, this paper analyzes the user interaction in the process of collaborative editing, and constructs a social interactive network for the term community by using the theory of network structure balance.Finally, the influence of social interaction network structure balance on page quality in online knowledge community is analyzed.The results show that the OKC social interaction network structure shows an orderly evolution trajectory of "balance-non-equilibrium-dynamic balance", and the wiki term quality spirals upward during the dynamic evolution of the social network.This study is helpful to reveal the mechanism of the influence of OKC social interaction network on knowledge ordering.
